BIG: The SEC is proposing to scrap key rules in the US stock system, big for tokenized equities trading in DeFi On Thursday, @SECGov proposed rescinding Rule 611 & 610(e) in Regulation NMS. Galaxy Digital’s @intangiblecoins says this is “one of the biggest unlocks yet” for tokenized stocks, as it opens door for AMMs to participate. TD Cowen also considers the proposal “broadly positive” for tokenization of equities, and expects it to be finalized in Q1 2027
