Hook: Extreme oversold territory identified on $ZTC. This is where the asymmetric risk-to-reward setups live! 🤑

The Deep Dive:

ZTC has spent the last few sessions grinding down along the lower Bollinger Band, completely exhausting the sellers. We are currently sitting at 0.0005475, clinging tightly to the Middle Basis line (0.0005472) while printing consecutive green candles.

Wrote about Hyperliquid's oil perp volume during the war. Here is what the $HYPE token price is not reflecting yet. --------------------------------------------------------- Hyperliquid is generating near record revenue. Its token is down ~40% from its all time high. Here is what the on chain data actually shows right now: ✅ Total protocol revenue approaching $1B all time. Annualized run rate above $600M ✅ Total trading volume crossed $3.64 trillion. An all time high ✅ HIP 3 open interest hit $1.82B during the conflict. An all time high ✅ Total supply down to 962M from the original 1B hard cap. The protocol is buying and burning every single day automatically ✅ JPMorgan published a research note specifically about Hyperliquid's oil perp volume. Harvard Business School wrote a case study. Three spot ETF filings are pending ✅ $HYPE is trading at $35. Its all time high was $59 in September 2025 The gap between what the protocol is doing and what the token is priced at is the entire argument. Revenue is compounding. Supply is shrinking. Institutional validation is accelerating. The price is 40% below where it was before most of this happened. Markets reprice eventually. The fundamentals give them a reason to. Follow if you're trying to actually understand this space.

The supply of HYPE is decreasing rapidly, driven by three main burn sources: Buy pressure from the Assistance Fund (AF): 99% of HyperCore revenue has been used to buy back approximately 43,087,519.59 HYPE, valued at around $1.65 billion. Spot fees and HyperEVM gas fees: 100% of these fees are burned, amounting to roughly 1,027,980.78 HYPE. In total, the amount of HYPE removed from circulation so far is 44,115,499 HYPE. Hyperliquid

Deflation On April 8, 2026, HyperCore repurchased 65,114.98 HYPE at an average price of approximately $38.77 On the same day: 26,771 HYPE were distributed as rewards to stakers and 24 validators Net Effect 65,114.98 − 26,771 = 38,343 HYPE ➡️ Net tokens permanently removed from circulation Deflation at This Pace Daily: 38,343 HYPE Monthly: 1,150,290 HYPE Yearly: ~ 13,803,480 HYPE Context: L1 Comparison For comparison, Solana inflates by approximately 25.19M SOL per year through staking and validator rewards. Hyperliquid, by contrast, is operating in net deflation, not inflation. Buyback Dynamics Buyback efficiency is price-sensitive: Higher HYPE price → fewer tokens repurchased Lower HYPE price → more aggressive buybacks This naturally stabilizes supply pressure across market cycles. Flywheel Effect More HIP-3 adoption → higher trading activity → more protocol revenue → larger buybacks Hypurr!

In the last 24 hours, protocol fees reached around $1,841,201, and 100% of that was used to buy back approximately 65,114.98 $HYPE, which has now been permanently burned and removed from circulation. In total, AF has already burned more than 43,084,699 HYPE, worth over $1.65billion. Higher $HYPE price → fewer tokens repurchased Lower $HYPE price → more aggressive buybacks Hyperliquid

$HYPE Closed the position. Clean +10% to the deposit. I think we’ll drop to the $30 zone. Some public figures have started promoting the project again — this has always led to a correction in the past. We’ll re-enter later #HYPE
