Gm! Reading an article about Milton Friedman reminded me of a simple idea: People in power have no incentive to help you find a better alternative to what they are offering you. When an institution has no real competition, it doesn’t need to improve as much. People have fewer choices, and the system has less pressure to change. 😔 Competition is healthy. Not just because it makes things cheaper or more efficient, but because it keeps the door open for something better to exist. It challenges the idea that we have to depend on a single system simply because it’s the one we’ve always had. And this is why $BTC was created in the first place, and why decentralization matters. We’re not just building alternative financial systems. We’re experimenting with a world where institutions can no longer assume that everyone has to play by their rules simply because there’s nowhere else to go. What centralized powers fear the most, might not be competition itself, but the possibility that people never needed them in the first place. 🤔 Because the real power of competition isn't about improving the existing system. It's about creating a better one. This is why I still believe in the future of Bitcoin! 🚀
