Unpopular opinion: if you can’t figure out how to safely use a singlesig, then you probably shouldn’t self custody. I’m not saying those who’ve fucked up in the past can’t learn moving forward. We’ve all made mistakes and lost bitcoin at some point. But adding scripting and more keys to your wallet isn’t the answer if you still don’t understand how to securely derive and use a singlesig in the first place.

The pendulum is swinging back in favor of singlesig wallets. As long as we have the tools to guarantee your seed was made correctly and remains secret and your signatures aren't leaking your private keys, there's very few reasons to complicate your setup with a multisig.

I think it’d be cool to add another island off the main one, filled with totems for more Bitcoin open source projects. Then you could see how active the Bitcoin ecosystem is by how many are lit up.
