Technically, Trump kept his promise, but the so called budget neutral approach put an end to any real full scale bull market in 2025. 🗽 Trade wars never ended. The TACO phenomenon became the best symbol of Trump’s strategy to save the US economy. Tariffs were introduced, paused, raised, deals were signed and then the cycle restarted. By the way, there is still no real deal with China, despite it being announced several times as one of Trump’s great victories. 😐 Gold is no longer a safe haven. China set the trend toward building gold reserves back last year. In 2025, other central banks followed, and then retail joined in. This effectively turned gold into a risk asset. Don’t believe it? Just look at the best performing asset of the year, silver. That’s where your altseason went. Heading into 2026: ☃️ May crypto winter stay far away from you.
