🇸🇬 #TOKEN2049 SINGAPORE DAY 1 WAS LOADED. 25,000+ attendees from 160+ countries, and the first day already gave the market plenty to talk about. A few things stood out: → TOKEN2049 is expanding to New York in June 2027, targeting 15,000 attendees and making the US a new flagship market for the event. → Arthur Hayes introduced FLOP, an early-stage AI-agent network focused on machine-to-machine payments for things like compute and inference. Mainnet is currently targeted for Q1 2027. → BitMine’s Tom Lee said the company will cap its Ethereum holdings at 5% of total $ETH supply, with its holdings already around 4.9%. → $WLFI said its app is ready for release and announced a Mesh partnership to make USD1 usable across Mesh’s merchant network. → Polymarket’s Shayne Coplan also discussed the possibility of an on-chain asset tied to the platform, although nothing has been officially confirmed yet. But the bigger theme across Day 1 was clear: AI agents are becoming part of the crypto conversation, tokenized stocks and RWAs are moving further into the spotlight, institutions are getting deeper into DeFi, and prediction markets + privacy are getting more attention. And this is only Day 1. Day 2 has an even stronger institutional lineup coming up. 🚀

🚨 $BTC IS HOLDING WHILE THE BOND MARKET IS GETTING HAMMERED. The U.S. 10Y just hit 5.29%, its highest since 2001. And here's the crazy part: October Fed hike odds have collapsed, yet long-term yields keep climbing. For BTC, what happens to liquidity and real yields next could matter more than the Fed headline itself. 🧵👇

🚨 Not hyping this, just sharing because it’s an interesting read. What happens when institutional assets actually move onchain? Tokenization gets the headlines, but liquidity and execution are where the real market starts. Worth looking at what @cancore_io is building around that side of the RWA story.
