Sathorn can keep the business cards. Your evening deserves a less corporate agenda. At the centre of Bangkok, Thailand, picture the district's business-and-residential setting, then narrow the scene to Soi Singapore Embassy, described in the listing as quiet and private. The proposition is $1,630/month for a fully furnished corner home: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and a work desk with a chair. Not every piece of furniture needs to be promoted to regional headquarters. Close the laptop. Put dinner on the dining table. Let the sofa have the final word. This is a layout I would shortlist for a couple wanting a second bedroom and somewhere to work that isn't the dinner setting. A household needing three bedrooms should look elsewhere. The building adds a saltwater pool, sauna and library. My vote: a city base with a convincing off-duty brief, rather than an office with better cushions. Those are facilities, not instructions to become a more impressive person before breakfast. Which address is behind the off-duty brief? Ask for the private Sathorn dossier.

Fresh Venus update: if you are evaluating USDC on BNB Chain, start with the Liquidity Hub. The live official page currently shows USDC at 4.34% supply APY, with exposure displayed across Venus Core, Venus Spoke, Venus Flux, and Centrifuge funds. The useful mental model is one Hub deposit routed under a governance-curated policy, not one isolated market you control directly. Check the live USDC row: https://t.co/9Si1kOxDOH

Fixed-term capital needs its own liquidity label. The live Hash Global U Fixed-Term Vault card on @VenusProtocol is showing Locked, not Claim. If you hold a position, check its lock end before counting it toward a withdrawal, collateral top-up, or debt repayment plan. A vault balance can be real capital and still not be immediately usable. This is liquidity planning, not investment advice.

Update from @VenusProtocol: the Hash Global Fixed Rate Vault is now 100% filled. That changes the reader action. Do not treat older capacity posts as an open invitation to supply. Before any deposit: - verify the live Vault status in the official Venus interface - re-check whether a new vault or capacity exists - read the fixed-term, hBNB collateral, and exit and liquidation risks The official update does not confirm a new round, remaining capacity, or that the old 2.43% target is still available. Do not use the old number as a current offer. Official update: https://t.co/A6jmiZKNoR

On Venus Flux, “you can supply” is not the same as “you can exit any size instantly.” Its FAQ says withdrawals use an Automated Debt Ceiling that grows block by block, creating a smoothing curve rather than allowing sudden large movements. Before you tap Start Earning: 1. Keep near-term cash needs outside Flux. 2. Read the withdrawal terms. 3. Plan the exit window before you supply. Flux also warns of smart-contract and market risks that can result in a complete loss of funds. Check the terms first. Educational only, not investment advice. @VenusProtocol

Fresh update from @VenusProtocol: The Hash Global Fixed Rate Vault on Venus has 4 days left before its supply window closes on Oct 20. - 2.43% target APR, fixed for the term - 100K U capacity remaining - hBNB collateral Before supplying, re-check hBNB eligibility, the lock-up, and remaining capacity in the Vault. Target APR is not guaranteed. Official update: https://t.co/nqC2cMM7tD [:]

Before supplying U to the Hash Global Fixed Rate Vault on @VenusProtocol, make two checks before you chase an open supply window: 1. Are you eligible to use hBNB as collateral? 2. Can you accept the fixed-term lock? The live Vault lists U Fixed-Term with hBNB collateral. Venus also says hBNB is limited to eligible investors and fixed rates are not guaranteed. If either answer is unclear, pause and verify the terms before you supply. DYOR. [:]

@VenusProtocol is named by Chainlink as an adopter of CCIP Vault Adapters. The idea: a vault on one home chain can accept deposits from 80+ chains while keeping accounting, governance, and risk controls on the home chain. But “adopting” does not prove every Venus vault, asset, source chain, fee, or redemption path is live. Before depositing, verify the real Venus route, adapter status, fees, and failure handling. Cross-chain convenience does not remove cross-chain risk. Source: https://t.co/W5WydMwqAY

Venus's September report points to BTC as the risk worth stress-testing before chasing headline yields. At the September 30 snapshot, a 30% BTC-only drop put $87.7M of collateral at risk, versus $50.7M in the report's uniform volatile-asset shock. For your own position: - Stress-test a BTC-only downside. - Check Health Factor and cross-category debt. - Do not treat the report as a substitute for your current Venus position data. The report covers Venus Core Pool on BNB Chain at month-end, not a live dashboard. https://t.co/kw4XL3sKCp Educational only, not investment advice. @VenusProtocol [] [:]
