Big week for @TPN_Labs, Gratis just went live and it's exactly the kind of thing people said subnets never ship. It's a free app that runs open source models right in your browser tab or on desktop, no account, no install, nothing you type ever leaves your machine. The engineering is what got me. Browsers normally cap a tab at 4GB of memory, way below what a real model needs. The team forked the inference runtime to 64 bit addressing and raised the ceiling to 16GB. That's why a model of real size runs in a tab at all. It also loads models from the 900,000+ open source options on Hugging Face, free with no usage limit, because it runs on hardware you already own. The edge for people here is simple. Next time someone asks what subnets actually produce, you send one link and they run a model themselves in about a minute. Genuine credit to the team, this is how you make local AI something anyone can touch. Full post on the numbers behind it tomorrow. 1/2

Remember folks, SN 61 @_redteam_ was the hottest thing since sliced bread according to X. It is now down 75% in a few weeks. I was extremely heavy into subnets last year, hopefully I cashed out into root and chutes just befor this late 2026 meltdown. I am still sheltered in chutes, but to make it in subnets, it's a full time job, very streesfull, you will age in dog years, you need all of the toolings on your side and learn to take calculated risks at all times. I believe 2-10x's are possible in subnets, often but requires to be a pro. It's either you hold for subnets 10+ years, or you're in root, there's no in between. That's my framework for now. For me? i'll increase my cashflow to 10-20k/mo with my AI agency, helping businesses with their AI & marketing, then dive back into subnets. That's the vibes $TAO What about you guys, how are you holding up?

Yesterday I showed you Gratis. Today the numbers behind what @TPN_Labs actually produces. Competition 006 put the base model and its compressed winner on the same sealed benchmark, a test neither had seen before. The base scored 66.57% at 16.99 GB. The winner scored 74.93% at 7.71 GB. Less than half the size, 8.4 points higher, and all seven benchmark categories improved. For anyone here that means a model that used to need serious hardware now runs on an ordinary machine, and you can pull it from Hugging Face and run it inside Gratis yourself. Every score sits on a public dashboard tied to the exact model version. Verifiable output, nothing to take on faith. Genuine credit to the team for making the work this easy to check. Follow for weekly subnet breakdowns in plain english. 2/2

I barely use the internet anymore. I stare at a coding IDE and I ask my agents with a bunch of api keys to gather data for me, get their opinon on any subject, so I can take a clear best effort decision. I think the norm for any video or text on the web, in the next 1-3 years, will become simply a tailored summary via agents for it's human to give it's next command.

on some crypto fatigue lately. I love bittensor I don't classify it the same as these memecoins but i just realised, as a young man there is no reason to look at candles and pray for 10-100x's. Fix your cashflow, get into root, then re-study tao deeply (again)

🚨Another bittensor "hack" SN 26 owner wallets got compromised. Low caps are a nightmare. Build your caashflow, invest in SN0 TAO and tell STFU to those who say you "don't support the network" I love bittensor, but being more than 5-10% in subnets isn't for the average busy person. Don't be greedy, don't be lazy, don't wait for 100x's to fix your life. Help businesses with AI. Matter of fact, who has a real physical biz on here, ready to help i'm all ears, what do you do day 2 day? 📥

PERFECT time to scale my AI studio and buy $TAO during this range bound price action. We are entering a weird market where everyone will feel liquidated but prices will remain high suprisingly. This is mad exhaustion. You need to 10x your skills and just scoop up before the next leg. Silence everything and work, a message to myself

So who actually produces the bandwidth on Beam Network? Miners, running workers. Machines with one job: moving real data for real clients. No puzzles, no fake compute. A @b1m_ai worker streams chunks of live transfers to their destination, reports progress in real time, checks integrity with Merkle proofs (a math fingerprint proving each chunk arrived intact), and retries failed pieces on it's own. Above the workers sits the orchestrator. Think of it like a dispatch tower at a shipping hub. It picks routes by latency, splits files into chunks, balances load by capacity, and watches worker health. Workers are the trucks. A 1 Gbps link hauls more chunks than a 250 Mbps one, so it earns more. Transfers come in shapes too. Single to single, fan-out replication, aggregation, full mesh multi to multi. The dispatch plan changes per shape. The incentive loop is a race. Miners compete on live benchmarks and emissions follow measured delivery. Faster throughput, lower latency, higher reliability, bigger slice. Slow workers just get routed fewer chunks. Mining difficulty: EASY. No model training, no agents to build, no ML at all. An operator runs a worker node and keeps it online. What decides earnings is boring physical stuff. Connection speed (Beam's docs sketch workers at 1 Gbps, 500 Mbps, 250 Mbps), uptime, latency. A solid fiber homelab can compete, datacenter-grade links just win more races. The miner-side "oh wow": a guy with idle fiber at home earning overnight because a game studio's patch fan-out needed exactly his spare capacity. As a builder, the agency play is simple. Buy verified delivery, sell cheap reliable routing to clients, pocket the margin. If you want subnet breakdowns in plain english, hit follow for weekly updates. 2/2

How to accumulate 100-1000 $TAO instead of gambling in low caps. That's why im taking a small stepback for a few months. I need more handy skills, client acquisitions, ads, conversion rates, etc. Then we splurge in root tao and quality sns but it takes time patience and consistency. Gambling in low cap subnets is modern day weed, keeping you lazy, wishful and depressed. TAO is beautiful, but it can be harmful at the same time, that's the beauty. 🌹
