I've been banging the table on $TEM since the start of this year. In May it sold off hard after a $400M convertible note deal. People panicked about dilution, and it went from about $56 to $44 in two weeks. I doubled down. That note converts at about $69, and $TEM bought a capped call that offsets dilution up to about $99. At $44, the dilution people sold on could only kick in after a 59% rally. Today it's up 15% to $83 after Q3. Revenue grew 23%, and MRD test volume rose about 300% to roughly 12,000 tests. From that May low, it's up about 91% in under six months. Glad to be in. Good luck

$CRWV $NBIS $IREN $APLD $CIFR down about 6% today. $NVDA and $AVGO are green. Prediction markets give Democrats about 72% odds to sweep Congress on Tuesday, and data center power bills are on the ballot. AI demand didn't change overnight. The thesis is not broken, the humans are. We are going backwards.

Late post, but I finally caught up on @SmallCapSnipa's neocloud expert call with a former Meta applied scientist lead. One of the most insightful reads on the industry I'm invested in. Thank you for putting it together. 1. Agree on delivery. A signed deal and live compute are two different things, and much of what $CRWV and $NBIS have signed is still being built. 2. Also agree on bare metal. The big labs run their own software stack, so the raw GPUs are what they pay for. 3. On pricing I see it a little differently. Neoclouds did discount to land long contracts when they needed the deals. My take is that phase is behind us. $NBIS Q2 letter: "𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚 2027 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮." Nebius is holding part of it back for shorter deals at premium prices. 4. One layer I'd add. Landlords like $APLD $CIFR $IREN sit under the clouds with the sites and the power, and several of their biggest contracts carry investment-grade credit. Bringing expert calls like this to X is a great initiative. Really appreciate it and can't wait for more. Follow @SmallCapSnipa for more in-depth alpha like this. I own $APLD $CIFR $IREN.

𝗨𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲. Portfolio down $244K on the month, about 19%. Still felt like a good month to put money to work. I exited a few names, harvested tax losses early, and moved most of it into the companies I plan to hold for the next two years: $APLD $CIFR $IREN $OSS $RDW $RKLB $AMKR $NVTS $KOPN Yes, it looks speculative. These are the companies I understand best, and I would rather be early and wrong than late. Not advice, my appetite is just different. The drawdown bothered me a little, I won't lie. It was not the main thing going on. 1. Made great connections here on X, and met a lot of you in person at HOOD Summit in Houston. 2. First trip alone with my son. I was nervous going in. He turned out to be the easiest travel partner, and I already want the next one. 3. My wife had her first court hearing as a lawyer. 4. Our family went all in on our real estate projects again. Seventh time we have mortgaged every home and property we own to fund a build. That last one makes me little nervous than the market. But it is what we know best, it has worked, and we control every part of it. Touch wood, we have never lost money building homes. The risks there are slow growth and more rate hikes, but over the build period it eventually sells out. 2030 to 2032 is where I inflect.
