Strongest structural winners: NVIDIA and the AI compute stack, plus hyperscalers that control models + cloud + distribution, plus companies with durable proprietary data that agents must access. Clearest losers: Low-moat, UI-centric SaaS that agents can route around or replicate, and deeptech/software without AI compute leverage or information moats? eg unity? (@grok came up with this mostly... )

nah i think google will do well. search not so much but i just dont think there will be an ai meltdown. search providers theres many good ones now way cheaper than google a few thousand searches under a dollar on https://t.co/RsWAn5TO5d so no real monopoly on search tech now. can beat google at many searches with a few-30 petabyte index which is surprisingly common now, autoresearch/llm as a judge on search, lee101/gobed is sub ms embedding and search fused.... used to be hard to beat google search quality from a technical perspective but the thing is there isnt going to be a AI meltdown and Google has invested across the AI stack incl datacentres so are in a strong position now with the best model... carbon... so AI future is bright for Google if they dont mess it up. they need to sort the pricing out so they can compete with the max plan.
