. @fhenix initially emerged as the first Ethereum-compatible FHE-based Layer 2 but has now become a fully-fledged privacy infrastructure provider. Its flagship product CoFHE manages highly encrypted off-chain transactions with its FHE Co-processor enabling developers to build privacy-focused applications with familiar tools like Solidity Hardhat and @MetaMask. The biggest breakthrough in early February 2026 is Decomposable BFV (DBFV). @fhenix announced this new cryptographic technique which radically improves the performance and scalability of these precise FHE schemes. By breaking down a single large plaintext data into smaller independently managed BFV ciphertexts (limbs) during encryption it dramatically improves throughput and scaling Since noise control is optimized deeper circuits can be run bootstrapping costs are reduced and the need for expensive bootstrapping is significantly delayed This makes high-volume sensitive encrypted transactions financial logic, stateful applications and high-volume data aggregation realistic and practical. They have overcome a bottleneck that many considered impossible with pure cryptography. Fhenix achieved this in the year They plan to integrate it into their core infrastructure which will take encrypted smart contracts and confidential DeFi to a whole new level. CoFHE is already live on Arbitrum and recently added Base support. The first FHE coprocessor is running on Base, which makes private smart contracts and encrypted computation possible on one of Ethereum's most active L2s. Testnets are Ethereum Sepolia Arbitrum Sepolia and Base Sepolia Active developers can try encrypted ETH encrypt/decrypt shielded transfers FHERC20 token mint/shield/unshield private transfers with simple steps. They even released Fhenix402 a private version of Base's x402 micropayment standard in one day. Payments are completely hidden; even block explorers cannot see them. There are bigger plans for 2026. New concepts like conviction markets are being developed with an encrypted backend Mainnet preparations continue at full speed and it is predicted that the speed could increase by 100x with the arrival of dedicated FHE hardware at the end of 2026. This also means that privacy... This reinforces the expectation that it will become meta in 2026 because issues like transparency in blockchain MEV front-running strategy leaks and other similar problems are now becoming mandatory solutions.@RedactMoney

I've been testing the @fhenix testnet let me explain it simply 👇 What is @fhenix? Fhenix is an EVM-compatible Layer-2 that uses Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) In short: smart contracts can work with encrypted data Your balance, transfers, and on-chain activity dont have to be fully public How to join the testnet? 1️⃣ Visit the official Fhenix testnet website 2️⃣ Connect your wallet (MetaMask or any EVM wallet) 3️⃣ Get test tokens from the faucet 4️⃣ Interact with testnet dApps (transfers contract actions etc) 5️⃣ Complete tasks via Discord or the quest page Which network? Fhenixs own testnet network Fully EVM compatible Several privacy-focused demo dApps available Why does it matter? In todays DeFi everything is transparent who sent what, who holds how much all visible Fhenixs idea is simple DeFi with privacy by default Privacy will matter more and more in the future Being active early on testnets is always a plus DYOR, but Fhenix is definitely worth keeping an eye on @RedactMoney
