$3350 $Metaplanet: Thursday’s +18.5% move was less mysterious than the chart suggests. Tokyo had been closed for several trading days while Bitcoin rallied. When the market reopened, Metaplanet simply had to catch up: 243 JPY previous close → 280 open → 294 high → 288 close. The more interesting question starts now. 54.48M shares traded on Thursday. Was that accumulation, short covering, or were large holders using the strength to distribute? A rising price does not automatically mean smart money is buying. Friday remained strong, reaching 297 JPY and closing at 293. Now I’m watching the short, margin and securities-lending data. Don’t just ask where the price went. Ask who was buying — and who was using the rally to sell.

$BE — this is why I watch price action, not just headlines. Project Jupiter news triggered a brutal selloff: $275 → $251.30. Then the market answered: $251.30 → $268, ~+6.6% from the low. Capitulation → absorption → VWAP reclaim → higher lows → momentum. The news didn’t change. Capital flow did. Now watching $271–273. That’s where we find out whether this was just short covering — or the market is actually repricing the Jupiter risk. $BE $ORCL #AI #DataCenters #EnergyInfrastructure

$CRWV – AI demand is not the problem. Financing is. CoreWeave announced a $3B convertible notes offering (+$500M option) and an ATM program for up to 35M shares. Stock reacted sharply lower. At the same time, AI compute demand remains strong: CRWV reports >$25B in new customer commitments and contracted power rising from 3.7 GW to 4.2 GW. Demand ↑ CAPEX ↑ Financing need ↑ Debt / potential dilution ↑ Perfect example of the real AI question: Not “Will AI grow?” but “Who can finance that growth profitably?” $CRWV #AI #AIInfrastructure

$TSM is getting interesting. 👀 Taiwan +3.1% overnight. TSM ADR +1.2% to ~$420, despite US 10Y yields pushing toward 4.78%. That divergence matters. AI demand remains strong, TSMC sits at the manufacturing bottleneck of the AI supply chain, and semiconductor risk appetite is refusing to fully confirm the rates pressure. Watching $424–427 for a real reclaim. Great company ≠ automatic buy. Price confirmation first. $TSM $NVDA $AVGO $SMH #AI #Semiconductors

$IREN something worth watching into the US open. 👀 Friday: -12.5% on ~90M shares. Overnight retested the $34.81 low and held. Now premarket is back around $35.77. Key map: $34.81 = invalidation $36 = first reclaim $36.50 = confirmation $37–37.50 = acceleration zone $38.90–40 = major supply The interesting part: despite oil/geopolitical risk and a still-tough rates backdrop, sellers haven’t produced a fresh low yet. Bad news + no downside follow-through = information. US open will tell us whether this is just a bounce — or the beginning of positioning reversal / short covering.

$IREN closed -12.5% today. Looks terrible. But the interesting part happened underneath the price. Warsh turned hawkish → Treasuries sold off → yields jumped → AI/high-beta got crushed. IREN fell from $38+ to $34.81. Then something changed. At ~$35: • heavy selling kept hitting • volume exploded • price stopped making meaningful progress lower • ~$35 kept getting defended • ZN finally bounced • IREN built higher lows • reclaimed $35.50 • traded up to ~$35.93 • closed $35.45, with AH around $35.63 That doesn’t confirm a bottom. But it shows something much more interesting: The seller won the day. The buyer won the final battle. Monday decides whether $34.81 was capitulation or just a pause. Watching $35 → $36.15 → $38. The lesson? Don’t buy because something looks cheap. Wait until the market shows you the seller is running out of power.

$NVDA earnings explained through dating: She is smart. She is successful. She earns more every year. She beats expectations. She even promises a great future. And the market says: “Yes… but I expected even more.” 😂 Stock drops. Then everyone looks at the numbers again: “Wait. She actually IS that good.” NVDA: $203.50 -> $220.26. Lesson for stocks and dating: Sometimes the problem isn’t quality. It’s expectations. 😏 Markets don’t reward “good”. They reward better than expected.

The Fed is done talking. Now the market starts talking. Earnings will show whether AI capex, consumer demand and corporate margins are strong enough to justify current valuations. Price will reveal what expectations got right. Markets first. Policy follows. #Earnings #FOMC #Macro #MarketStructure #CapitalFlows

$SPCX closed at $149.47 despite one of the strongest institutional news days since its listing. Today: • JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Bernstein, RBC and BofA all published bullish research. • US 10Y Treasury yield climbed to 4.55%. • Nasdaq sold off. • High-beta Space names underperformed. Today’s price action wasn’t driven by fundamentals. It was driven by higher discount rates, macro pressure and positioning. Tomorrow I’ll watch: • US 10Y yields • DXY • Nasdaq • Whether SPCX can reclaim $150 Conditions, not predictions. $SPCX #SpaceX #AIInfrastructure #MarketStructure #Macro #Bonds
