You ever come across or hear people say, "What's wrong with xyz nowadays?" What they're really saying is, My experience with xyz is different nowadays and I don't like it. Why is this my experience. Is it me? is it xyz? What? I don't know, because I am confused. I don't understand the dynamics of change, or the underlying structures of society, the world, or my map of reality, because I was either never taught it, ignore it, don't have the capacity to understand it, or I just believe group narratives. If you're a regular person and you have asked yourself this question or even if you haven't but things nowadays just seem off, you can ask yourself why? Why do things seem off? Why do things seem strange nowadays? Why? Some children innately have the curious root cause analysis temperament in them. They ask, but why? Why, why, why? They're trying to understand reality that they have been ushered into. Adults get annoyed because most of them have accepted a programed map of reality that was embedded in them at some point in their early development or later. So a child challenging their reality seems annoying. The answers become. Because thats how it is, or it's always been done or we just accept that it is like that. So then you have a whole population of people who can't analyse their reality and detect shifts and changes in a healthy way and understand the root causes of those changes. They have the feeling they have the outrage, they have the complaints, but they have no grasp. This is one aspect of Plato's cave. The people are the prisoners and the projectors. If something in you wakes up and questions your reality, and you realize something radically different or you see the light. You escape is a sense however that is. You bask in the light. You sort of stabalize that new reality within yourself, but you see then that you should help others escape. It's not really an escape, because the prison was entirely self made. There was never a cell door that was locked. Just an illusory construct agreed upon by all the prisoners. Even the shackles were never locked. You help who you can. Some will understand, and let go of their shackles and leave the cave. You help stabilize the new reality for them. You show them that it was always available, we just had to get fed up with illusion. Reality is always available.
