Just so we all understand: at this massive price per share discount to NAV buying back shares of FRMM would generate mind boggling returns. If Rudisill and gang were to buy back $25 million worth of shares the price would rise to $24 a share!! Even $5 or $10 million buyback would push the shares into the teens!! FOR GOD SAKE RUDISILL DO IT!! Your job is to behave in the interests of your shareholders not for you and your gang!! The disgusting bloated RSU’s undeservedly handed out to you and your cabal is essential the equivalent of a 12% to 15% dilution! Is it any wonder the stock is below $2!! FRMM projecting about a 200% revenue growth from 2025 to 2026. Ended the year with only $9 million in cash. Won’t be cash flow positive till 2027. Huge loss this year is understandable.
