what is the phenomenon that occurs where those with the worst and most of out of touch takes have the largest reach in crypto does it go back to the fact that 90% of people lose money? this is present to some extent in almost every industry but crypto cesspool is just so ripe for it

with staking emissions at/near 0 and bonds not inflationary, buying here seems pretty obvious, even if with the intention of a quick flip max downside of like 5% on a coin that has somewhat steady ‘revenue’ streams that go towards backing? won’t find that asymmetry basically anywhere

such a bad take. having the chain become reliant on a single figurehead to move markets is exactly what you don’t want and is why it had such an organic run to begin with now all the farmers followed the volume and bought local top and are looking for a bailout chain is purpose built for specific things, and is being used for said things Also as soon as you start listing every coin then listings very quickly become insignificant, a concept that applies to many things that most folks don’t seem to comprehend It will bleed as it should and when most tourists capitulate can resume. I trust @vladtenev understands the dynamics

if you are not an unethical human that prefers not to stack karmic debt, the easiest way to make money in these onchain conditions is to simply buy things that cannot be vamped

agree on most of this. dev is talented and pedigree is there, and I understand the idea is to iterate and ship at warp speed to probe for PMF, but core ethos and grounding gets a bit lost in that. refine what's promising i think rather than inventing a new primitive every week, provide the contracts/blocks/SDK/whatever and incentivize others to build on them
