Injective continues to strengthen its institutional presence in the U.S. ETF filings related to INJ (including Canary’s staked proposal with the ticker INJC and the 21Shares filing) are currently under review; INJ futures have been listed on a CFTC-regulated market. The registration of a transfer agent with the SEC, along with ongoing discussions between leadership and the White House, SEC, and CFTC, demonstrate efforts to establish a legal framework for tokenization and on-chain finance. These factors lay the groundwork for access to traditional capital flows, though the timing of specific approvals remains dependent on regulatory progress.

Injective News Summary for October: Injective continues to solidify its position as an onchain infrastructure for Traditional Finance (TradFi), Real-World Assets (RWA), and the AI economy. Key developments from the official @injective account and media include: Launch of the Super Intelligence Compute Index ($SICI): an index tracking the rental prices of five NVIDIA GPUs (H100 40%, B200 25%, H200 15%, A100 10%, RTX 4090 10%), traded as a perpetual contract with up to 10x leverage. Shortly after, Injective Options launched on testnet (fully collateralized calls) to hedge compute costs, the index, and commodities. Open registration for the first Hacker House in Bangkok (Dec 1–10), targeting 20 teams building applications in RWA, privacy, and agentic AI, with partners including AWS, Animoca Brands, SMBC Nikko, $TAO, and Gulf Labs. Deadline: Nov 10. Community Buyback completed, burning nearly 7.3 million injective-protocol:native tokens. First Stockdrop live, enabling users to receive tokenized shares (e.g., Nvidia, Tesla…) on Solana. Trench Treasury purchased 5% of the $RUNNER supply from runupdotfun. sLINJ (Staked Looped INJ) is live on ChoiceXchange (MidasRWA), targeting an APY of approximately 12%. Statistics: ~$417M 7-day trading volume on dApp exchanges; cumulative volume ~$84.6B; 2,300 code commits in 30 days (ranked #3 L1); $12.7M USDC transferred to Injective. Regulatory & Institutional Progress: CEO Eric Chen met with officials from the White House, SEC, and CFTC on tokenization and onchain finance; registered a transfer agent with the SEC; submitted multiple ETF applications (21Shares, Canary Staked INJ ticker INJC, REX-Osprey); CEO expects listings before 2027; MiCA whitepaper published in the EU; plans to tokenize a ~$10B real estate portfolio (Pentiv/Pineapple); Gulf Labs (part of Thailand’s GULF Group) serving as an institutional validator; ongoing efforts related to the Korean won and >$1B in onchain RWA. While the broader crypto market remains cautious, Injective stands out through its institutional narrative combined with AI compute and RWA.

Injective has officially launched the Super Intelligence Compute Index ($SICI), the first onchain index tracking NVIDIA GPU rental costs, unlocking a new financial market for the AI economy. $SICI aggregates hourly rental prices across five GPU models: • H100: 40% • B200: 25% • H200: 15% • A100: 10% • RTX 4090: 10% Now, onchain Options and Perpetual markets with up to 10x leverage are available, enabling transparent trading, hedging, and financial product development around AI infrastructure costs on blockchain. From H100 rental markets to the $AIX index and pre-IPO perpetuals, Injective is steadily bringing both “AI companies” and “AI operational costs” onchain. Slowly but surely, everything will arrive together. Powered by injective-protocol:native.

Nexaria has been making noise recently since their demo launched. Since I'm not lucky enough to get access to the beta, I collected some feedback from beta testers. The biggest one comes from the @0xAlphaGEMs fleet. They got community spots, jumped in together, and said the demo “genuinely delivered.” They fought alien ships, upgraded their fleet, and explored the sectors as a group. Five ship classes, four sectors plus major bosses — all already in the build. @lisaweb3 (the builder) mentioned running a Hive Queen fight from the couch on a phone. “Still feels weird that it just works.” That lines up with what others have been saying about the cross-device stuff: phone, tablet, or desktop, same sector, same squad, same fight. No “join from PC only” warning. Other notes floating around: Browser MMO experience feels smooth for a beta Core loop is real (mine, fight, upgrade, squad up) Sectors actually change how you play (different creatures, different pressure) Bosses like Hive Queen and Vorrhak are already being run in multiplayer Most of the feedback is still high-level because access is tight, but the consistent theme is that it’s actually playable right now — not just trailers or concept art. No download, open a tab, and you’re in. If you’ve been in the beta and have more specific takes (good or rough), drop them below. Curious what stood out once you got past the first session.

Injective Options officially launches on testnet! Just one day after launching the Super Intelligence Compute Index ($SICI), Injective is unveiling a brand-new onchain options infrastructure. You can now trade fully collateralized calls and puts using native USDC across six initial markets: - SICI - US500 - US Tech - Gold - Silver - Oil Each contract is fully collateralized with native USDC on @injective—the version of USDC that is rapidly becoming the standard across more than 20 blockchains. This is a foundational financial tool with modular flexibility, unlocking opportunities for a wide range of participants: 🔹 Developers: Build white-label exchanges or custom derivative protocols 🔹 Institutions: Design bespoke hedging products 🔹 Users: Trade or write options directly onchain This isn’t just another options exchange. Injective Options is a composable infrastructure for the entire ecosystem of options protocols, seamlessly interacting with other onchain financial instruments. Builders gain new revenue streams, while the Injective ecosystem gains enhanced liquidity and trading activity. Onchain derivatives are entering a new chapter. injective-protocol:native

Injective has officially launched the Super Intelligence Compute Index ($SICI), a completely new on-chain financial index designed to track and trade hourly NVIDIA GPU rental rates. The index combines five key GPU types with fixed weights. Users can access $SICI through leveraged perpetual markets with up to 10x leverage, powered by hourly GPU rental market data aggregated and verified by LO:TECH. This follows Injective’s pioneering launch of the first on-chain H100 market, the $AIX index, and pre-IPO perpetuals for companies such as OpenAI, SpaceX, and Anthropic. With $SICI, @injective not only enables investment opportunities but also provides a tool for AI developers, infrastructure providers, and traders to hedge against compute price risk—one of the key factors shaping the AI economy in the coming years. The previously fragmented GPU rental market now has a clear, transparent, and directly tradable on-chain benchmark.
