A few days ago, I told you I sold my car to invest in a crypto project. I was already up $23K, and I lost it all. Thousands of you replied, so here’s what happened after. Some people laughed at me. Others shared their own painful experiences. But a few messages really got to me because they reminded me that I’m not the only one who has made a terrible financial decision in crypto. The hardest part wasn’t the money. It was having to move around without my car every day, knowing I had done that to myself. I kept thinking about how $23K would have been enough to buy my car back. That experience changed how I approach the market. Now, I take profits when I’m up. I never invest money I need for my life. And I never fall in love with a project, its team, or its vision. The market doesn’t care about your emotions. The greatest memecoin BTC is currently showing a downtrend, and nobody will send you a warning when it’s time to get out and dump to 30k Sometimes, protecting your capital is more important than waiting for another 10x. I’ve learned that the hard way. If you could go back in time, what’s one mistake you wish you had never made in crypto? Be honest. Someone reading your reply might learn from it.

My friend made over $1 million shorting the last bear market. He bought a house for his girlfriend. Then she left him for another man and sold the house. But that’s not even the biggest lesson I learned from his story. It changed how I look at bear markets, and it’s one reason I still believe BTC could fall to $30K. A few years ago, I had a friend named Zee from Indonesia. During the bear market, he kept telling me something: “Stop longing everything. Start looking for opportunities to short.” But I refused. I was holding plenty of spot bags, and the last thing I wanted was to short a market I was praying would pump. I thought the market would recover. Zee saw things differently. While I kept losing money, he kept making money by shorting. He eventually made over $1 million during that bear market. He became rich, bought a house for his girlfriend, and seemed to have everything going for him. Then life dealt him a terrible hand. His girlfriend left him for another man and sold the house he had bought for her. Imagine making over $1 million, buying a house for someone you love, only for her to leave you for another man and sell the house. The whole experience affected him badly. He fell into depression. I still remember his story. But there was another lesson I learned from him. While he was making money from the bear market, I was busy protecting my spot bags and refusing to accept what the market was showing me. I was trading my hopes, not the chart. That’s a mistake I don’t want to repeat. So when I say BTC could reach $30K, I’m not saying it is guaranteed. I’m saying you should prepare for possibilities, even when they are uncomfortable. You don’t have to agree with my prediction. But let me ask you something: If BTC drops another 50%, will you be ready to make money from the move, or will you still be praying for your bags to recover?

Imagine sending your home address to a friend because she wants to send you a get-well-soon package. Only to wake up one morning and hear that six men have been looking for you outside your house. This is what makes this story scary. According to the lady’s account, she was sick and had travelled when her friend offered to send her a package. She sent her address because she trusted her. But something about the delivery rider didn’t feel right, so she cancelled the delivery. She thought that was the end of it. Until Sunday morning. She said her mum and sister woke her up in panic. Six men were allegedly outside their compound, showing people her video and asking for her. Their claim? That she had stolen $21K in crypto. According to her, things got worse when the men allegedly tried to force their way into the house. Imagine your mum and sister watching strangers trying to enter your home because of a crypto dispute. All this because of money and allegations that still need to be properly established. If someone steals your money, report them. Gather your evidence. Let the proper authorities handle it. But nobody should have to fear for their life over a crypto dispute. The scary part is that, according to her, the person who allegedly set things in motion was someone she considered a friend. Web3 is already full of financial risks. You shouldn’t also have to fear the people you trust. Be careful who you share your personal information with. What’s your take on this? Where should we draw the line between exposing someone and putting their safety at risk?

The last time BTC was around $40K, someone with almost zero followers told me it was going to $15K. I laughed at him. I even insulted him. I thought he was clueless. I was holding coins, hoping to recover my losses, and I couldn’t imagine BTC falling that far. Then the market started dropping. I joined a group of experienced traders, but every time they predicted another dump, I got angry. Eventually, they refunded the $80 I paid to join their group. Then BTC hit $20K. That’s when I realized I had been fighting the possibility of a crash instead of preparing for one. I later searched for the guy who warned me on Twitter, but I couldn’t find his account again. I never forgot that lesson. That’s why I’m talking about $30K BTC now. I’m not saying it must happen. I could be wrong. But BTC breaking below $80K and struggling to reclaim it is weakness worth paying attention to. You don’t have to agree with my prediction. Just don’t let your bags make you blind to the market. Be honest: if BTC starts dumping hard today, do you have a plan, or are you hoping it pumps so you can exit?

A lot of people will miss the next bull run for the same reason I missed the last one. A few years ago, during the bear market, $BTC kept giving us hope. It would pump, look ready to recover, then crash to a new low. My spot bags kept bleeding. Every day, my wallet got smaller. When the bull run finally came, I had already predicted it. But I couldn’t buy the bottom because most of my capital was still trapped in coins from the previous cycle. And the worst part? About 90% of those coins never recovered. I learned a painful lesson from that experience. Don’t let a bag you’re holding stop you from taking advantage of the next opportunity. That’s why, in a market like this, I believe taking profits during pumps and protecting your capital matters. Now look at BTC on the 4H chart. We’re seeing lower lows and lower highs, which tells me the bearish structure is still intact. Until that changes, I treat pumps as potential retracements, not confirmation of a new bull run. Where do I think BTC could bottom? My current target is $30K, but that’s a personal scenario, not a certainty. The market could turn before then or fall even lower. The goal isn’t to predict the exact bottom. It’s to protect enough capital to take advantage when the real opportunity comes. Because one of the worst feelings in crypto is being right about the next bull run but having no money left to trade it have you experienced this before ?

A few months ago, i call Irys and I sold my $IRYS bag and walked away with 40% profit. Today, it has done a 25x. I thought I made a good exit until I saw what happened next. $IRYS just broke its ATH, and more than $18M in shorts were liquidated within 4 hours, according to the data being tracked. But something else caught my attention. A cluster of 6 connected wallets reportedly holds 17.51% of the supply. Before the pump, open interest was rising aggressively. Then came the price explosion and a wave of short liquidations. Classic short-squeeze behavior. But here’s where things get interesting. Token unlocks are coming: • October 25: Around 77.59M $IRYS • November 25: Around 1.18B $IRYS Team and private investors reportedly received 44.1% of the total allocation. So, does this mean $IRYS will keep pumping? Not necessarily. When short liquidations slow down and fresh buyers stop coming in, the price can reverse just as aggressively. Buying after a 25x is risky. Shorting just because a coin has pumped is risky, too. I took my 40% profit and left. Now I’m watching a coin I sold fly without me. 😂 Sometimes, being profitable isn’t the same as catching the whole move. Be honest, would you have sold at 40% profit or held for the 25x?

BTC gave us another beautiful setup. Yesterday, I predicted the pump and entered using my Monday Range Strategy. Now sitting at 1:4 RR. Risk $1,000, target $4,000. And the trade could still run higher. Now, I want to see these altcoins catch up with BTC. Alt-season, soon ?

Guy sent $73M in BTC to the wrong address. Then dropped an on-chain message: "Keep 10% ($7.3M), send back the rest." $7.3M clean, no one chasing you, or keep all $73M and look over your shoulder forever. Would you send it back? https://t.co/jlx676llSy
