PONS has been added to Coinbase’s roadmap, rising from $0.38 to $0.41.
But I still feel it’s likely to keep falling 😅
For PONS to pump again, I believe it needs to go through these phases:
Hype and frenzy ➝ Everyone hates it ➝ No one cares anymore.
We’re currently in the “everyone hates it” phase, and we’ve only just entered it a few days ago—it’ll need to cool off for months until no one cares, then suddenly pump.
There will definitely be a violent downward spike followed by a pullback.
And the price needs to stabilize—this constant decline is pushing it close to 100K market cap.
And yet, despite the price collapsing like this, over 60% are still long—everyone’s still that bullish?
Meanwhile, BTC is still at $80K+, having risen for four months. What if—due to midterm elections, U.S. bond yields, or whatever else I don’t fully understand—BTC starts dropping?
From what I’ve heard, Rob’s chain has a reputation for brutal washouts. I’m preparing for a drop to $0.20.
My current plan: if it falls below $0.35, I’ll dollar-cost average $1,000 per week—I plan to deploy another $10K to lower my average cost, bringing it down to around $0.50.
That’ll take about 10 weeks, roughly three months—by then, we’ll have been down for about four months total.
Of course, this is all fantasy—I’d love nothing more than a pump right now.
After all, I bought at $0.665 and have already lost $13K—damn.
Even if I lower my cost basis and it pumps later, I’ll still be playing catch-up while others double their money.
All of the above is purely personal speculation—not investment advice. Crypto is extremely risky. With National Day只剩 one day left, I need to focus on work. DYOR 😿
