the first time i met @web3bard101 was at the sui hackfest lagos in 2024 where he came with his teammates from @payfrica. i remember @thompsonogoyi telling me about these three students from minna who were incredibly brilliant yet so humble. george became one of the most talented developers we had on @suioncampus and bringing him on as a devrel was one of the easiest decisions we ever made. when the opportunity to travel to dubai last year came, he was one of the first names we thought of because he was an example to his colleagues. it hurts me that someone with so much potential will not not get to see all he could have become. as a community, we will miss you deeply. rest in peace little brother.

so @CetusProtocol legit announced a $1m bug bounty and we are supposed to just ignore that? with the number of defi exploits we have seen recently, security deserves more attention. cetus recognizes that. dex’s are dealing with serious attacks from smart contract bugs, liquidity manipulation to reentrancy attacks that can put millions in user funds at risk. if you detect a critical vulnerability on cetus, you can now earn up to $$1,000,000 more than what was previously announced. given the recent wave of attacks, the timing could not be better. there will be more eyes on the code. more incentives for white hats and less incentive for attackers to find the bugs first. personally , I would rather see protocols spend money finding vulnerabilities than spend money explaining exploits after the fact.

imagine waking up one day and realizing that your ai agent had already done your defi trades while you were asleep. this future may be getting a lot closer. cetus skills will give ai agents a way to directly interact with @CetusProtocol’s existing infrastructures across swaps, liquidity and on-chain execution. the great part? its not happening in isolation. @EmanAbio is championing an era on sui filled with agent-ready wallets, ai strategies and other experiments connecting into the same ecosystem. so while it can still look like a bunch of separate pieces today, it has the potential to become the infrastructure that lets ai agents actually use defi. shoutout to the team at @CetusProtocol for always leading the way.

imagine putting $1000 into a pool showing 303.29% APR on @CetusProtocol if that rate somehow stayed constant for a full year.. you will have roughly $3,033 in rewards on a $1,000 deposit. that is about $253 a month or $8.31 a day for doing absolutely nothing. now obviously apr’s move and rewards can change. but this is exactly why I keep saying, do not just hold your coins. put it to work. the opportunity is already sitting in @SuiNetwork defi.

gm $sui fam if you thought day one was crazy then you are in for a surprise.. day 2 was absolutely insane, here is the tea… - samsung x sui partnership a lot of chains talk about adoption but @SuiNetwork actually walks the talk. it was announced that @SamsungMobile wallet will integrate USDC on sui which will bring stablecoin payments closer to their almost 82 million users. - hashi mainnet bombshell the much awaited hashi mainnet rolls out later this month with over $ 500m committed and @anchorage as a launch partner. - data foundation moves to sui formerly story protocol, @Datafdn announced its plans to retire its own L1 and run natively on sui and will bring its programmable IP and data infrastructure into the ecosystem. three huge announcements in one day and lots more. it is now absolutely clear that sui is playing a much bigger game than people realize.
