LUISTRO: ‘ALL IN KAMI’ ON ARTICLE II UNEXPLAINED WEALTH House lead prosecutor and Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro said the prosecution is putting its case behind Article II, the sole remaining impeachment charge against Vice President Sara Duterte involving alleged unexplained wealth, SALN violations, and prohibited business interests. After withdrawing the other three articles, Luistro said the prosecution is now “all in” on Article II and made clear what is at stake for the team. The prosecution has expressed confidence in the financial evidence it presented, including forensic accountant Alexander Cabrera’s estimate of about ₱817.87 million in allegedly unexplained wealth involving Duterte and her husband, Manases “Mans” Carpio. Luistro, however, stressed that the prosecution does not know how the senator-judges will vote and that the Senate has the exclusive power to decide the impeachment case.

TUPAS: "I WAS EXPECTING THE BANK ACCOUNTS SANA" ON IMPEACHMENT EVIDENCE Former lawmaker and lead prosecutor in the Corona impeachment trial Atty.
