PROJECT III — 70% COMPLETE 14/20 VERIFIED. ONLY 6 REMAIN. Our frozen out-of-sample experiment on $SOUN continues revealing something interesting beneath the price. Here's what we found: OOS-12: Small negative borrow-fee change → price gained 1.03%. OOS-13: Large positive fee change → price barely moved (+0.02%). OOS-14: No fee change → price surged +2.88% in 60 minutes. The takeaway? Borrow-fee changes alone don't determine price direction. Whether they have a statistically useful relationship with future returns is still being tested. OOS-15: A significant −0.7066 percentage-point fee change is already captured and verified. We're waiting on the price evidence. No predictions. No adjusted rules. No cherry-picking. At 20/20, we evaluate whether our original signal survived forward testing. $SOUN is the sandbox. $GME and $AMC are the mission. The broader market is the end game. We're working toward a system that can detect meaningful market-structure changes before they become obvious on a price chart. The signal has to earn its existence. PROJECT III — 12/20 VERIFIED. 60% COMPLETE. OOS-13 — BORROW VERIFIED ✓ / SIP PENDING OOS-12 IS OFFICIALLY VERIFIED. SOUN — OCT. 29 Fee: −0.0050 pp +60 Return: +1.0273% Evidence chain: VERIFIED ✓ That moves the frozen out-of-sample experiment to: 12/20 VERIFIED 60% COMPLETE 8 REMAIN And something important happened. We had been watching a descriptive pattern where several near-flat negative fee changes were followed by negative +60 returns. Then OOS-12 arrived. −0.0050 pp → +1.0273% It broke the pattern. That's exactly why Project III doesn't rewrite its rules around something that merely looks interesting halfway through an experiment. Interesting isn't a signal. The data has to survive. NOW OOS-13 HAS GIVEN US A VERY DIFFERENT TEST. Today's borrow evidence is already frozen and verified: OOS-13 — OCT. 30 Previous fee: 1.0776% Current fee: 1.7273% Fee: +0.6497 pp Borrow evidence: VERIFIED ✓ SIP: PENDING ⏳ That's a dramatically different observation from the tiny changes we've been seeing recently. And we don't know the +60 outcome yet. That's exactly where we want to be. Evidence first. Outcome second. No prediction inserted between them. The frozen Candidate 1 hypothesis now gets another real forward test. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? We wait for the exact OOS-13 SIP evidence. If it isn't available yet, Project III does nothing. No substitute feed. No alternate window. No changing +60. No guessing the result. Then the next new valid market session moves the experiment toward: OOS-14. Only 8 observations remain in the original 20-observation OOS test. And when we reach 20/20, we stop looking at individual observations and open the entire record. What survived? What disappeared? What was noise? What deserves another frozen hypothesis? And most importantly: Did anything earn the right to become part of the machine? Because SOUN was never the destination. It's where we're building and breaking the architecture before asking much bigger questions. $SOUN IS THE SANDBOX. $GME & $AMC ARE THE MISSION. THE MARKET IS THE END GAME. The goal isn't to build another indicator that tells retail why something moved yesterday. The goal is to determine whether market-structure changes underneath the visible price can eventually be converted into something measurable before the move. 12 down. 8 remain. OOS-13 is frozen. THE MACHINE IS ON. THE SIGNAL HAS TO EARN ITS EXISTENCE. You really have to ask yourself: is there an echo chamber on X, or are a bunch of people parroting the same thing about ripple:native in a negative way for an agenda? This is why our experiment is important and why you don't write XRP off just because people are putting out partial clips of what the CEO and CTO are saying. Information is valuable, and so is research. Stay tuned for PARALLAX.

PROJECT III — 11/20 VERIFIED. 55% COMPLETE. OOS-11 IS OFFICIALLY VERIFIED. OOS-12 SIP Pending. SOUN — OCT. 28 Fee: −0.0007 pp +60 Return: −1.3112% Evidence chain: VERIFIED ✓ That moves the frozen out-of-sample test to: 11/20 VERIFIED 55% COMPLETE 9 REMAIN And OOS-12 is already underway. SOUN — OCT. 29 Fee: −0.0050 pp Borrow evidence: VERIFIED ✓ SIP: PENDING The outcome is still unknown. So we wait. SOMETHING IS WORTH WATCHING. We're not changing Candidate 1. We're not creating a threshold. We're not turning an interim pattern into a trading signal. But part of Project III is documenting what the machine sees—even when it isn't what the original hypothesis expected. Look at the recent near-flat fee changes: OOS-06: −0.0160 → −2.9258% OOS-07: −0.0020 → −0.4468% OOS-10: −0.0068 → −0.1907% OOS-11: −0.0007 → −1.3112% All four produced a negative +60 return. Now OOS-12 enters with: Fee: −0.0050 pp → ? That's interesting. But interesting isn't proof. OOS-12 gets measured using the exact same frozen rules whether the result strengthens that observation, destroys it, or does absolutely nothing. THE DATA DECIDES. AND REMEMBER WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY BUILDING. SOUN isn't supposed to be the finish line. It's where we're forcing Project III to prove that its machinery can capture what is happening underneath the visible price, freeze that evidence before the outcome, and distinguish something repeatable from something that only looked good in hindsight. If that architecture survives and eventually produces signals that survive forward testing—the machine doesn't stay pointed at $SOUN . The questions get bigger. $GME $AMC And eventually... THE MARKET. Borrow conditions. Securities lending. Liquidity. Timing. Pressure. State changes. Piece by piece, we're trying to determine whether those structures can be reconstructed into something retail can actually measure before the move instead of explaining it afterward. That's the end game. Not another chart indicator. Not another prediction posted after the fact. A machine watching beneath the price while everyone else is watching the price. SOUN IS THE SANDBOX. GME & AMC ARE THE MISSION. THE MARKET IS THE END GAME. 11 DOWN. 9 TO GO. OOS-12 is frozen. Now we wait for the evidence. THE SIGNAL HAS TO EARN ITS EXISTENCE. PROJECT III — OOS-11 IS FROZEN. WAITING ON SIP. Today's SOUN borrow-side evidence is officially captured and verified. OOS-11 — OCT. 28 Fee: −0.0007 pp Borrow evidence: VERIFIED ✓ Frozen alignment: 09:42 ET Frozen +60: 10:42 ET SIP: PENDING The market-data window isn't available yet, so Project III does exactly what it was designed to do: WAIT. No substitute data. No changing the window. No filling in missing evidence. Once the exact SIP evidence becomes available, the machine will capture it and we'll verify the result. Until then: 10/20 VERIFIED — 50% COMPLETE OOS-11 WAITING ON EVIDENCE. The rules stay frozen. AQVE:XRP IS BECOMING PARALLAX XRP Intelligence, powered by AQVE Retail — after months of building, testing, breaking, rebuilding, and validating, it's time for this project to get a name that actually represents what it has become. AQVE:XRP is becoming PARALLAX. AQVE isn't disappearing. AQVE is the engine underneath it. PARALLAX is the software built around it. Why PARALLAX? Because XRP can look completely different depending on what you're measuring. Ripple adoption can grow without the same amount of value flowing into XRP. XRPL volume can explode while high token velocity reduces the capital required to support it. RLUSD can expand the ecosystem while capturing activity that otherwise might have required XRP. PARALLAX is designed to look at those different angles together: STRUCTURE • MARKET • SIGNAL • EVIDENCE It studies XRP's underlying network and institutional structure, market conditions, BUY/SELL-RISK states, and—most importantly—whether the evidence actually supports what the model is saying. So where has the project been? Some of you haven't heard much about AQVE lately. It wasn't abandoned. It hit the back burner because two other projects demanded my attention: Cairn One and Project III. Cairn One grew into its own financial allocation and research engine, requiring months of development and validation work. Project III became something completely different: a forward audit built around retail transparency, collecting evidence first and asking questions afterward. Interestingly, working on those projects changed how I approached AQVE. Instead of coming back and simply making another XRP price model, I became much more interested in one question: Can we prove whether the model actually works? That's where PARALLAX is now. We're at AQVE:XRP v6.9 — Live Operations, with the next pre-release work focused on scientific hardening before the eventual v7.0 protocol freeze. The system now goes far beyond calculating a theoretical XRP value. It can separate XRPL adoption from XRP-specific value capture, analyze market conditions, produce frozen BUY/SELL-RISK states, distinguish a signal from whether that signal has actually been validated, maintain an immutable forward record, and eventually operate continuously against live data. And we're not changing the formula every time reality disagrees with it. Hits stay hits. Misses stay misses. The purpose of the forward record is to find out whether AQVE discovered something real—not to make the history look prettier. So this isn't the end of AQVE. It's the next stage of it. PARALLAX XRP Intelligence, powered by AQVE Months later, the project is coming off the back burner. And this time, we're not just asking what XRP could be worth. We're building the evidence to find out what the data can actually prove.

PROJECT III — 40% THROUGH THE TEST. THE SIGNAL IS STILL ON TRIAL. Friday closes with two more observations locked into the record. First, the SIP window for OOS-07 cleared. Its borrow observation had already been frozen: Fee: −0.0020 pp When the SIP evidence became available, Project III measured the already-locked +60 window: +60 return: −0.4468% The SIP page, combined evidence, derived result, and manifest record were physically verified. OOS-07: VERIFIED ✓ Then came today's observation. OOS-08: VERIFIED ✓ Fee: −0.1323 pp +60 return: +0.4384% Again, the borrow evidence was captured and physically verified before the +60 outcome was recorded. Then the SIP evidence arrived. It matched. Another observation entered the record exactly as it happened. 8/20 COMPLETE. 12 REMAIN. 40% THROUGH THE TEST. SO… ARE WE SEEING ANYTHING? We're seeing something important—but it isn't a victory announcement. The first 8 out-of-sample observations are mixed. Some behave consistently with the relationship discovered during Phase II. Others don't. And that's exactly why Project III doesn't stop when the results look good or rewrite itself when they don't. Candidate 1 has not earned confirmation yet. It gets all 20 observations. No cherry-picking. No changing the +60 window. No convenient new filters. No deleting observations. No moving the goalposts. If the relationship survives, we'll document exactly what survived. If it dies, the record will show exactly where it died. Either result teaches the machine something. For now: 8 DOWN. 12 TO GO. 40% COMPLETE. The weekend doesn't count. The machine waits for the next valid market session. Monday → potential OOS-09. $SOUN remains the sandbox. $GME & $AMC are the mission. The market is the end game. READ BETWEEN THE LINES. The signal still has to earn its existence.

PROJECT III — OOS-06 IS FROZEN. NOW WE WAIT. Another day. Another observation captured before the outcome. Today, October 21, Project III automatically captured SOUN's borrow structure at 9:41:36 AM ET. The evidence passed verification. Borrow Fee: 1.3747% Previous: 1.3907% Fee: −0.0160 percentage points Shares Available: 450,000 Rebate: +2.5053% The physical source file was independently hash-verified. That makes today's observation OOS-06. And now comes the important part: The frozen measurement window points to +60 minutes, but the SIP market data is still inside our provider's recent-data restriction. So Project III did exactly what it was designed to do: It refused to fill in the blank. No prediction added afterward. No substituted data. No changing the horizon. No tuning the model while we wait. WHERE WE STAND 5/20 OOS observations VERIFIED. OOS-06 borrow state VERIFIED + FROZEN. +60 outcome: PENDING. Once the independent market tape becomes available, the machine will retrieve it and record whatever actually happened. Good or bad. Because we're not trying to prove Project III right. We're trying to find out if it is. 14 more observations will remain after OOS-06 is completed. Then, at 20/20, Candidate 1 faces the test it was built for. $SOUN is the sandbox. $GME & $AMC are the mission. The market is the end game. PROJECT III READ BETWEEN THE LINES. The machine is on. Frozen before the outcome.

CAIRN ONE — QUIET DOESN’T MEAN IDLE. We’ve been pretty quiet about Cairn One lately. That’s intentional. There comes a point in building something where talking about every step becomes less important than making sure the foundation underneath it actually works. And that’s where we are. Behind the scenes, Cairn One has continued moving through development, testing, independent audits, failures, repairs, and re-audits. Some things passed. Some things didn’t. When something didn't meet the standard, we didn't lower the standard to move forward. We rebuilt it. We’re now deep into one of the most important stages of Cairn One’s development—building the infrastructure that will eventually allow the engine to understand changing market conditions instead of simply operating like a static allocation calculator. We aren't going to publish exactly how that works. That's part of the engine. What retail should know is that we're building Cairn One around a simple principle: The market changes. Your tools should be capable of recognizing that. But recognizing a change and acting on it are two very different things. Before Cairn One is allowed to make those distinctions, we're making the system prove where its information came from, whether that information can be trusted, and whether the same result can be independently reproduced. Right now, we're still auditing that foundation. No shortcuts. No rushing something out because it looks finished on the surface. And no pretending an audit passed when it didn't. We've been quiet because we've been building. There will be a time to show more. We're just not there yet. Cairn One Know where you stand. 7A ✓ 7B ✓ 7C — In Progress Quiet doesn't mean stopped. Sometimes it means we're getting closer.

PROJECT III — 5 DOWN. 15 REMAIN. OOS-05 IS VERIFIED. Another observation has been frozen into the Project III Out-of-Sample record. This time: Borrow Fee: 1.3907% Fee: −0.1333 percentage points SOUN at alignment: $4.6600 SOUN +60 minutes: $4.7850 +60 Return: +2.6824% Every physical evidence hash matched the manifest. No prediction was added afterward. No threshold was changed. No observation was removed. Something is noticeable — but we're not calling it a signal yet. The first five frozen OOS observations now read: OOS-01: −0.0882 → −0.88% OOS-02: −0.0589 → +0.67% OOS-03: −0.1270 → +0.26% OOS-04: +0.1478 → 0.00% OOS-05: −0.1333 → +2.68% OOS-05 produced the largest positive +60-minute move of the OOS test so far. But there's also an important wrinkle: Candidate 1's discovery relationship expected higher/more-positive Fee to correspond with stronger subsequent performance. OOS-05 went the other direction — a substantially negative Fee accompanied the strongest positive +60 move so far. That's exactly why we aren't celebrating individual observations. Five observations cannot decide the hypothesis. We're looking for whether the relationship survives across 20 completely new observations, not whether we can tell a good story about five. So nothing changes. Same variable. Same +60-minute horizon. Same direction. Same rules. Same evidence standard. At OOS-20, the data gets to speak. If Candidate 1 survives, we document what survived. If it doesn't? It dies. PROJECT III — 5/20 VERIFIED 15 remain. READ BETWEEN THE LINES. The machine is on. Frozen before the outcome. $SOUN $GME $AMC
