My agents share one notes folder. Three rules keep it from turning into a mess: Read it before you start a task. Sign whatever you add. Never edit someone else's note. Those last two matter most. If I can't tell who wrote something, I can't trust it.

My Obsidian vault has 9,341 notes. My AI bots search it before a task and write a dated note when they finish. Every entry is signed with the date and the bot's name. No bot deletes another bot's entry. A better version goes underneath, and the original stays.

A screenshot can prove output. It cannot prove demand. It cannot prove profit. It cannot prove that money ever settled. When an AI income claim looks impressive, I ask one question: If this were true, what record would exist? https://t.co/JH8fniZuiW

Repurposing is not shrinking. An article does not become an X post by losing fifteen hundred words. It becomes an X post when you find the one claim that stands alone. Every platform gets its own entryway into the idea. Same idea, different reasons to stop.

I write the day count next to anything I'm avoiding. Not to shame myself. Because a number is harder to argue with than a feeling. "Day 4" is information. "I'll get to it" is weather.

I don't wait to feel sure. I assume the thing can work. Then I do the next boring step. The assumption is not magic. It just keeps me from stalling while I find out.

Cheering for other people costs $0 and most people still won't do it. They treat praise like a limited resource. It isn't. It's the only thing that grows when you give it away. If you're building, be the one who celebrates other builders.

Gratitude is an energy source. Envy is a drain. Same day, same workload, completely different output depending on which one I run on. I've tested it enough to trust it. Start the morning by naming one thing that's working. It changes the math on the whole day.

The smartest note you ever wrote is useless if you can't find it again. An unlinked note is invisible to your future self. The connection is the asset, not the note. Link it, or lose it.
