If you are in crypto, at this stage, don't use any crypto-specific hardware wallets. Just get a old crappy USB drive, or a new USB drive with password protected folder. Or a old iphone. Anything can store mnemonic phrase or private key other than a hardware that screams "look I just bought some shit to store my crypto".

This beats any hardware wallet. No one knows you have crypto. You can put folder within folder within folder, random docs, design files, PDFs, and all random shit to throw people off trail. And deep inside you got a password-protected folder/doc with private key/12 word. It's human logic 101 why the fuck you buy some shit that screams oh look I got a hardware specifically for crypto.

When you think of hardware wallet, do you want other people to know you have a piece of hardware that holds crypto? No. You want to be as discreet and as random as possible. Random seed phrase words scattered in a book, on a piece of paper, or even better just in your head, beat any hardware wallet.
