The show has its Winning Moment i want to tell you about mine. It wasn't my biggest trade. It wasn't my highest return. It was the moment I didn't do something. Here's the story: March 2024. Solana was rallying hard. Everyone was in it. My entire Twitter feed was "SOL to $200." Friends texting me screenshots of 3x gains. The FOMO was insane. I had ₹2 lakhs sitting in stablecoins. My thesis was "I'll wait for a real pullback to 80-90 levels, then add SOL." Disciplined boring smart. But then SOL hit $150. And then $170 and my mind did what every trader's mind does "you're missing it. Everyone else is making money why aren't you?" I almost broke. I had my finger on the buy button at $165. One click and I'd have ₹2 lakhs in SOL at the top of a parabolic move. One click, and that would've been the beginning of a 6-month frustrating underwater position. But I didn't click. Instead, I texted my co-founder: "I'm about to FOMO buy talk me down." He asked one question "is SOL at your target entry price?" "No target was 80." "Then what are you doing" I closed the app walked away. Didn't touch it for a week. What Happened Next SOL pulled back to $95 in April. I bought ₹2 lakhs worth over the next 3 weeks held it made solid gains. But here's the real win i didn't lose the ₹2 lakhs at $165. I didn't go underwater for months i didn't panic-sell at losses. The profit from actually buying at $95 was maybe ₹80-90k. But the avoided loss from FOMO buying at $165 that was closer to ₹2-3 lakhs in preserved capital. That's the Winning moment nobody celebrates. Not the trade that made money. The discipline that saved it. Why This Decision Matters (And What It Taught Me) 1. Winning Often Means not Trading The hardest part of crypto isn't finding good opportunities. It's resisting bad ones when they're shiny and urgent and everyone else is doing them. My best returns have never come from the trades I made on impulse. They've come from the trades I didn't make when the hype was loudest. 2. Having a Plan and Sticking to It (Even When It Feels Wrong) Is the Actual Skill. When everyone's making 3x and you're sitting in stablecoins, you feel stupid you feel like you're missing it. But that feeling is exactly the signal that you're doing the right thing. If it felt good, it was probably already priced in. My plan was clear: "SOL at 80-90, I buy not before." When it hurt to stick to that plan, that's when I knew the plan was good. 3. Winning Isn't About Highest P&L ,It's About Best Decision Quality. I know traders who made ₹5 lakhs on SOL at $165 on leverage and then lost ₹8 lakhs when it crashed. I made ₹90k being disciplined. Who "won" more? Me. Because my decision was sound. Theirs wasn't. Here's What This Actually Reveals Most traders think "Winning Moment" = "biggest trade." So they chase the highest-conviction narrative, the biggest potential return, the thing everyone's talking about. But the real Winning Moments in crypto are: ✓ The trade you didn't make because you stuck to your entry price ✓ The position you cut early because you saw the thesis breaking ✓ The leverage you didn't take because you valued optionality over 10x dreams ✓ The diversification you forced yourself into because you were getting reckless ✓ The months you spent learning instead of trading, building real conviction These decisions never show up as trophy moments. No one screenshots their stablecoin positions and posts them. No one celebrates the trade that didn't happen. But over 3-5 years? These are the decisions that separate people who grew their capital from people who got liquidated. On CoinDCX,this Looks Like ✓ Setting limit buy orders at your target price and walking away ✓ Using alerts instead of watching charts all day (so you don't FOMO) ✓ Tracking your plan separately from the market (spreadsheet of your thesis vs. real-time prices) ✓ Reviewing decisions weekly (did you stick to your plan If not, why) ✓ Having dry powder specifically to resist FOMO on current rallies The platform makes this easier because: • Zero fees mean your plan doesn't get eaten by costs • 24/7 trading means you can be patient (markets will come back to your price eventually) • Clear order types let you set and forget My Question to You: The show has its Winning Moment ₹1 lakh to the winning team. What's your Winning Moment in crypto? It doesn't need to be the biggest trade. It doesn't need to show a massive P&L. Reply with: • One decision you made that you're proud of (not necessarily because it made money, but because the quality of the decision was sound) • What was happening when you made it • Why you chose that path instead of the obvious alternative I want to hear your stories because those are the Winning Moments that actually build wealth. #WinTheMoment #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

If I won ₹1 lakh on the Rohit Sharma show and it landed in my CoinDCX account tomorrow, here's exactly what I'd do. #WinTheMoment #LearnKaroCryptoKaro Here is my Fraction. ₹40,000 → Spot (BTC + ETH, held for 6+ months).₹30,000 → Micro-cap conviction plays (ETH staking, emerging L1s). ₹20,000 → Dry powder (wait for a clearer setup or drawdown). ₹10,000 → Futures shorts only if volatility spikes (defined risk hedge). Winning ₹1 lakh isn't about "what's the best crypto to buy?" It's about understanding how you think about risk, conviction, time, and capital. That self-awareness more than the money itself is what separates people who turn ₹1 lakh into ₹10 lakh from people who turn ₹1 lakh into ₹10k. My split is personal to me yours will be personal to you. The Rohit Sharma winning moment gives you a thought experiment use it.

You can have the right direction on bitcoin:native. The timing perfect. The market move exactly what you expected. But the strike you pick can still make or break your trade. Let me show you why. #LearnkaroCryptoKaro A strike price is the level where your option becomes profitable. Think of it like a finish line you think bitcoin:native will cross the price by this date." Pick the wrong finish line same race different outcome. Let's say bitcoin:native is trading at ₹78,000 right now on CoinDCX. You're bullish you expect bitcoin:native to rally. But here's where it gets tricky you pick the ₹79,000 strike or the ₹80,000 strike same direction completely different trades. First Difference ₹79,000 call (1 day expiry) Premium ₹2,500 ₹80,000 call (1 day expiry) Premium ₹1,200 The ₹79,000 is 2x more expensive. Why It's closer to current price higher odds of finishing in the money. Market charges more for those odds. Here's where it matters ₹79,000 strike breakeven at ₹81,500 (₹79,000 + ₹2,500 premium) ₹80,000 strike breakeven at ₹81,200 (₹80,000 + ₹1,200 premium Want to be profitable? bitcoin:native needs to cross these lines. The ₹79,000 strike needs a bigger move to even break even. Here's the kicker for ₹79,000 strike: bitcoin:native needs to move from ₹78,000 to ₹81,500 = ₹3,500 move needed For ₹80,000 strike: bitcoin:native needs to move from ₹78,000 to ₹81,200 = ₹3,200 move needed. The "cheaper" premium actually needs more total movement to profit. You see ₹1,200 premium (cheaper) you assume it's the easier trade. But no the ₹80,000 strike needs bitcoin:native to move ₹3,200. The ₹79,000 strike needs bitcoin:native to move ₹3,500. What looks cheaper isn't always easier. Now assume bitcoin:native does exactly what you expect Rallies to ₹82,000 ₹79,000 strike profit: ₹82,000 - ₹81,500 (breakeven) = ₹500 profit ₹80,000 strike profit:₹82,000 - ₹81,200 (breakeven) = ₹800 profit. The further strike pays more but look what it needs. ₹79,000 strike: Cheaper premium, lower breakeven, but capped profit (₹500 max in our scenario) ₹80,000 strike higher premium, higher breakeven, but open-ended profit (₹800 in our scenario, could be ₹2,000 if bitcoin:native rallies harder) which one's better, depends on your expected move. If you expect bitcoin:native to rally to ₹81,000 ₹79,000 strike wins (₹500 profit vs ₹0). If you expect bitcoin:native to rally to ₹82,000: ₹80,000 strike wins (₹800 profit vs ₹500). If you expect bitcoin:native to rally to ₹83,000: ₹80,000 strike crushes it (₹1,800+ profit vs ₹500). Start thinking "what move do I actually expect, and which strike captures that move best" Cheap premium doesn't equal good trade. It equals lower probability + lower reward. Expensive premium = higher probability + confined payoff (until it breaks past breakeven). Pick the closer strike if you expect a small move. You want lower breakeven and higher probability. Pick the further strike if you expect a big move. You want unlimited upside and can afford the premium. Your expected move → Strike choice simple. The strike you choose matters just as much as getting the direction right. You could be right on direction and still pick a strike that doesn't profit. Strike selection = Matching your bet to your conviction. It's the one that best matches your expected move. Close strike = Safer, confined reward. Far strike = Riskier, unlimited reward. Pick based on your market view not on premium price. Open CoinDCX Options pick any bitcoin:native or $ETH. Compare two nearby strikes Drop: → Strike 1 premium + Strike 2 premium → Your expected move → Which strike you'd pick and why let's see how you're thinking. The strike gap is where precision happens most traders miss it. Master it, and you're not just trading direction—you're trading conviction with the right precision tool.

CoinDCX has two choices on the same underlying asset. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro One costs $50, the other $200 same reason you'd pay more for a ticket expiring tomorrow vs next month urgency, odds, and the market's bet on chaos. Premium isn't a fee It's the probability baked in. Why does one option premium cost 4x more than another time running out. Strike closer to profit Market expecting a bigger move. The premium isn't random it's showing you what the market thinks will happen. Buying a $100k BTC call option expiring next week, premium high because there's little time left and high odds it doesn't hit. Buy the same option expiring in 3 months cheaper. More runway lower urgency premium = the market probability forecast.

You got the direction right Bitcoin rallies, your call option should profit but the expiry was 1 day away and Bitcoin moved 2 days later. Your option expired worthless while price validated your thesis, you were right about direction wrong about timing. That's the theta decay killer. ⏰💀 #LearnKaroCryptoKaro Theta = the cost of time you're paying for every day your option loses value just from existing. Not because price moved against you, just because time passed shorter expiries bleed faster. Longer expiries bleed slower. Pick an expiry that gives your trade enough time to work. ⏳ A 1-day Bitcoin call loses 50% time value on day 1 a 7-day call loses 10% on day 1. Same underlying same strike different decay speeds. Short expiries = fast death if the move doesn't happen immediately. Long expiries = more patience for your thesis to work, choose accordingly. ⏰ You expect Bitcoin to hit ₹52,000 "within the week." That's your thesis timing. So buy weekly expiry, not daily. Daily bleeds too fast for a week-long thesis, weekly gives you time. You're not overpaying for time you don't need you're paying for time your trade actually needs. 💡 Expiry selection isn't about shortest or longest, It's about matching your move thesis = 2 days buy 3-5 day expiry (gives cushion). Your move thesis = 2 weeks, buy monthly expiry (plenty of buffer). Mismatch your timing to your thesis = watch theta kill winning trades, alignment wins. 🎯 A Bitcoin intraday trader buys 1-day calls theta decay is brutal but the move happens fast. A Bitcoin swing trader buys weekly calls. Theta is gentler because time is on their side same underlying. different expiry Different decay profiles. Pick based on your trade speed, not someone else's. ⏰ On CoinDCX options, when you select an expiry, you're literally selecting how much theta decay you're willing to tolerate. 1 day = high decay, fast moves required. 7 days = moderate decay, some buffer, 30 days = low decay, leisurely thesis. Let your market view set your expiry choice. 🎪 The cruelest options mistake: Getting direction RIGHT but time wrong, bitcoin rallies Your call should print, but it expires tomorrow and Bitcoin needs 3 days to hit your strike. Theta decayed it to worthless direction correct. Timing destroyed you that's why expiry alignment matters. 💔 Before buying options on CoinDCX,write down: (1) My expected move direction. (2) When I expect this move hours, days, weeks. (3) The expiry I'm choosing. (4) How my expiry matches my timing thesis. If you can't justify the expiry based on timing, you're guessing. ✅

Delta is just probability coushin ₹51,000 call has ~60 delta = roughly 60% chance to profit. ₹53,000 call has ~30 delta = roughly 30% chance. But don't lead with delta lead with What move do I expect. Then pick the strike that makes that move profitable. Delta follows logic. (1) Current price ₹50,000 BTC. (2) Expected move +₹1,500 to ₹51,500. (3) Strike choice Buy ₹51,000 call (ATM-ISH,high probability). (4) Why because my ₹1,500 move covers the strike + gives cushion + stays profitable. That's structured thinking do this every time. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro
