Ran some analysis of @Overtime_io sponsored gas for users that use our 1-click accounts, might shed some light on current state of L2s: Last 45 days, ~97k user txs, $1,374 in gas total. @arbitrum : 27k txs, $1,091 - ~80% of all costs with half the txs of Optimism - Fastest chain with its 200ms blocks, users love it due to UX, but it doesn't come cheap - Probably not that far off from L1 at this point @Optimism : 52k txs, $6 - Yes, six dollars - A pleasure to build on, costs can be almost completely ignored - Mostly stems from the fact there's little usage though @base : 18k txs, $277 - Somewhere in the middle - Optimism core architecture, but probably more users on it that drive the gas costs Users paid $0 for all of it. Use an Overtime account and we sponsor all your gas regardless of the chain.

- An admin wallet rigs a market to drain ~ 250k USDC from the LP pool in a single transaction. - Somehow a few hours later, that wallet sends the funds back to the team treasury. - Six days of gaslighting: users can’t bet, LPs can’t withdraw. - A sorry excuse for a post-mortem claims everything is resolved, yet “some LPs” still can’t claim their funds and have to fill out forms. My best guess? A rogue or disgruntled current/former team member using admin privileges as leverage, or a coordinated rug attempt nipped in the bud by early escalation. Either way, if you still choose to use Azuro to bet or build on top of, you probably deserve whatever happens next. Go with Overtime. We’re here to support you.

. @Overtime_io is now one of the dominant combos/parlays market makers on @Polymarket . As of now, thousands of users are betting on parlays unique to Overtime directly through the Polymarket UI. Integrations and composability have always been a guiding star for us at Overtime. With Mollybet and Polymarket, we are now serving tens of thousands of new users seamlessly, without needing to bring them to a dedicated Overtime frontend. This is what a resilient decentralized protocol looks like. Stars are aligning for Overtime. Make sure you follow. (snippet of the integration dashboard shared)

It’s honestly insane to me that nearly every other onchain sportsbook has pivoted into prediction-market UX. I refuse to believe the average sports bettor prefers seeing odds as “25 cents” instead of a 4.00x decimal multiplier, +300, or any format they already understand. With SportsAMM, what you see is what you get. You don’t have to worry about whether your order gets filled, how much gets filled, or at what final price. If the UI quotes you 4.00x, you get 4.00x. That’s it. And beyond UX, SportsAMM offers products that onchain prediction markets are nowhere near implementing efficiently anytime soon: • Parlays • In-bet parlays • Same game parlays • System bets • Live markets • Player props • And more Then add the resolution issues, slow grading, and weird edge-case rules around niche markets like player props, and prediction markets become almost unusable for me as a sports bettor. Narratives will always shift back and forth. But we believe Overtime offers the best onchain sports betting UX, bar none.

I've been quieter than usual lately, heads down building, but I feel inclined to share an update on how @Overtime_io is doing. Over the last few months, a lot of our work has gone into tightening odds feeds, adding more monitoring measures, improving marketmaking logic, and refining the UX around Sports AMM. The result has been a massive turnaround, with Sports AMM generating north of $300k in profit over the last 2 months. Overtime Casino has been released with 13 provably fair onchain games, and has already driven $400k in volume and $25k in revenue for the protocol. The Polymarket integration has been implemented and has fulfilled more than 5,000 orders to date. It has been running in stealth so far, but we are going full out for the World Cup. All tech is running smoothly. Dapp, API, smart contracts... UX is at its best ever. Overtime is a well-oiled machine, and I've never been more confident in the state of the protocol than I am right now. $OVER is being burned at scale, and we will soon hit the 20% burned supply mark. The price hasn't been showing it over the last few months, mostly due to the dominant ETH pairing on DEXes. While we remain heavily committed to Ethereum, we don't need its price volatility to give a false signal on the state of the protocol going forward. We will move the incentivized and treasury-held liquidity toward USDC pairs, and let protocol performance speak for itself going forward. Progress in AI has been dangerous for DeFi, but our developers are state of the art. Instead of being scared of it, we are proactively leveraging AI to tighten protocol security and iterate even more rapidly. Overall market sentiment be gone. Overtime and $OVER will decide their own destiny going forward. Buckle up.

Overtime proved sports betting can be fair, transparent, and onchain. Now we’re bringing that same standard to casino.
