Democrats now have Congress, so the “friendly” legislative window crypto had is basically closed for the next two years. I don't think it hits everything the same though. With CLARITY stalled and likely back to square one in January. Tokens doing revenue share and buybacks lose the clear rules they were counting on and Bitcoin honestly doesn't care who's in charge, it's not like the SBR was something we were still pricing in anyway. As for the Trump-linked tokens, most of them are already pretty much dead, so I think you can just take them off your watchlist at this point. Congress with subpoena power will want to look at them and if insiders start worrying about where this goes, nobody wants to be the last one holding while unlocks hit and everyone races for the exit. That could get ugly and very PvP very fast. The way I'm thinking about it is simple: if a project's value depends on Washington being friendly, that's a risk now and if it works no matter who's in power that's where I'd want to be. Curious what you all think wins and what gets hurt most from here, sector-wise.
