Document Discovery ⌛️ | Phase II Begins A new blueprint for BIS’s next-generation infrastructure, connecting tokenized assets, deposits, and bank funds through a single “unified ledger.” The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) envisions a future where financial institutions transact, settle, and reconcile on a shared, programmable infrastructure. The report explicitly mentions the following networks: $BTC $ETH $SOL $TRX $BNB $AVAX $ARB $POL $STRK $MNT $HYPE $CELO $S Notably absent from the report but frequently discussed in institutional conversations: $XRP $HBAR $QNT $CC $LINK $XDC The lesson? BIS is not picking winners. The world’s central banks are actively designing—and debating—the architecture for tokenized finance. The question is no longer whether everything will move on-chain, but which networks, standards, and infrastructures will connect them all. Link below:

Remember the LDP members opposed to Takamori. They must be defeated in the upper house election.

Breaking News: @Hedera is joining Google, @IBM, @Circle, and other industry leaders as a founding contributor to the @ADRorg Legal Context Protocol (LCP). As AI agents begin to buy, sell, and make decisions autonomously, LCP helps ensure a clear, agreed-upon record of transactions. This is exactly the kind of initiative we expect @Hedera to be involved in—bringing greater trust and accountability to next-generation digital commerce. Hello, future. #Hedera #Hedera #HBAR #LCP #AI

Yes, we're currently following last year's Ishiba budget. Starting next year, it will change.

One of the biggest misconceptions about $RLUSD is that it’s “just another stablecoin.” In reality, RLUSD is becoming one of the most regulated stablecoins on Earth. Over the past 18 months, Ripple has systematically expanded its regulatory footprint across three major financial jurisdictions: 🇺🇸 United States 🇦🇪 UAE 🇪🇺 Europe Let’s start with the United States. RLUSD was launched under the approval of the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS)—one of the world’s most stringent financial regulators. This stablecoin is issued through Standard Custody, Ripple’s NYDFS-regulated trust company. This means RLUSD operates under reserve, custody, and compliance requirements that many other stablecoin issuers simply don’t have. But Ripple didn’t stop there. Next up: the UAE. First, RLUSD has been approved for use within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)—one of the world’s leading international financial hubs. And even more significantly, it’s a jurisdiction where Ripple already had a presence. This enables RLUSD to be used by DFSA-licensed entities operating within Dubai’s regulated financial ecosystem. Now, Abu Dhabi. RLUSD has been recognized by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) as a fiat-referenced token within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM)—Abu Dhabi’s international financial center. In less than a year, Ripple has secured regulated stablecoin access across both of the UAE’s major financial centers. And now, Europe. Ripple has received preliminary approval under MiCA for a Luxembourg CASP license. Combined with Ripple’s existing EMI license, this positions Ripple to provide regulated crypto and stablecoin infrastructure across all 30 countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). This isn’t just about RLUSD alone. This license also positions Ripple for broader crypto activities across Europe, as institutional adoption continues to accelerate. –––––––––– When you widen your perspective, a pattern emerges. Most stablecoins focus on exchange listings. Ripple appears to be focused on regulatory jurisdictions. New York. Dubai. Abu Dhabi. Luxembourg. Some of the most important financial gateways across North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The story here isn’t just about the growth of a stablecoin. It’s about building a globally regulated settlement asset. The question isn’t whether Ripple is expanding. The question is: how many more jurisdictions will follow?

The Big Picture of HBAR: Digital Identity Beyond Earth The biggest story behind HBAR may not be its price… but trust beyond Earth. In this video, we break down the $4 million capital commitment from WISeKey and The Hashgraph Group to SEALCOIN—and explain why it points to a much larger conversation around Hedera, satellite infrastructure, machine-to-machine transactions, quantum-resistant security, and digital identity. Rather than chasing hype, we explore why proof, records, settlement, and trusted coordination are essential before autonomous systems operate at scale. From remote farms and ships to energy facilities, defense environments, aerospace, and disaster zones, the script examines how satellites can extend crypto infrastructure beyond cities, data centers, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi. As we track significant capital, cybersecurity, and where HBAR’s utility is headed next, subscribe to the channel for deeper crypto insights. #HBAR #Hedera #Crypto
