Vishnu Chemicals Q2 FY27 Nobody buying these products has heard of Vishnu Chemicals. Nobody buying the end products has heard of the chemicals either. There is no brand here, only a specification sheet, a purity number and a delivery date. That pitch is repeated across more than 50 countries. Brazil, the United States, Mexico and South Korea are among them. So are Italy, Germany, Australia and Bangladesh, along with Argentina and Egypt. Clients include Solara Active Pharma Sciences, IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, and Montana Quimica. Read more: https://t.co/7rV3n8ohBM

VST Industries Q1 FY27 In the Indian cigarette industry the government is at once the largest stakeholder, the fiercest critic and the pricing committee. Company filings record that Compensation Cess on cigarettes was cut to nil on 1 February 2026. GST and Excise Duty were raised significantly in the same breath. The change altered nothing about the product and a great deal about the accounting. VST's June quarter carried ₹605.25 crore of excise duty against ₹861.27 crore of gross sales. Link in comments

Waaree Energies Q1 FY27 Management also disclosed selling prices. Exports fetch about 25 to 26 cents for each watt of rated capacity. Panels meeting India's domestic content rules fetch 24 to 25 cents, and the rest 13 to 14 cents. Management named captive cell substitution as the single biggest lever on margin in the year to March 2027. That means making its own cells rather than buying them in. The Indian cell line holds 5.4 GW of capacity. Management's own slide put its use during the quarter at roughly 2% of that, measured over a year. Link in comments

Wendt India Q1 FY27 Ahead of the exit, the company bought the thing it had been named after. In January 2025 Wendt India acquired absolute ownership of the 'Wendt' brand and trademarks from Wendt GmbH and its affiliates. The package covers over 60 registrations across 40 countries. The price was EUR 3.8 million, or ₹35.1 crore. The company thus paid for the name already printed on its own letterhead. Link in comments

Faze Three Q1 FY27 Per the company's disclosures, exports account for more than 90% of revenue. CARE, a credit-rating agency, notes that the United States has supplied over 60% of revenue across the last five years. The customer list runs through American retail: Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx and Costco. Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn are on it, with Action and JYSK in Europe. In the United Kingdom, the buyer on the list is Sainsbury's. Management says its top 15 relationships have run for more than twenty years. Management also states that no single customer accounts for more than 15% of revenue.

Suzlon Energy Q1 FY27 Indian wind means building a machine the size of an office block. It is then driven into a desert on a convoy of trailers and bolted to the ground. After that comes the wait for the sign-off that allows it to supply electricity. Management says 1,257 MW of Suzlon turbines stand erected and still waiting for exactly that. Link in comments

𝗔𝗧&𝗧 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 𝗙𝗬𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝘁 𝗮 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Fiscal year to 31 December 2025. Revenue $125.65bn, operating income $24.16bn, net income $23.39bn, EPS $3.04 basic and $3.04 diluted — a company so large that the basic and diluted lines have stopped arguing. Market cap $174.39bn. Total assets $420.20bn, of which $143.73bn is debt, which rose $16.52bn on the prior year. Revenue moved $3.31bn, or +2.7%. For most companies that is a rounding error in the marketing budget; here it is larger than the entire Latin America segment, which reported $1.17bn. The recent history is less sedate than the phone-bill business implies. FY2022 posted an operating loss of $4.59bn and a net loss of $7.05bn, with EPS at -$1.13. FY2024 netted $12.25bn. FY2025 netted $23.39bn. Three years, three completely different companies wearing the same logo. Operating cash flow was $40.28bn. Capex was $20.84bn. Dividends paid were $8.18bn, at $0.28 per share per quarter, a figure the company has now declared eight consecutive times without so much as changing a decimal place — the corporate equivalent of ordering the same sandwich every day for two years. The balance sheet reports a current ratio of 0.9x. The 10-K filed 2026-02-09 describes two reportable segments, 120 million Mobility subscribers, and an active project to dig up its own copper. Black Box Q1 FY27 Digital infrastructure integration is where the AI boom's press releases go to become physical labour. Hyperscalers announce hundreds of billions of capital spending from a stage. Six months later a van arrives somewhere in Virginia, and men in high-visibility vests spend eleven months pulling cable. The building they are working in is the size of an airport. Management cited a July estimate from Gartner, a research firm, putting data centre systems spend at US$822 billion. Gartner's figure is up 62.5 per cent on the year before.
