How does Primus target Confidential Finance Primus changed how I think about Confidential Finance. The interesting part for me now is how this idea works with actual money. @primus_labs is already testing it across 3 areas - vaults, reserves and payroll. 1. Confidential vault With United Stables, users can convert $U into encrypted $EU, transfer it privately or deposit it into Unitas vaults for yield. Individual amounts stay hidden, while the total batch can still be checked. Over $1m was encrypted and staked in the first 24 hours. 2. Proof of Reserve Primus also works with Brevis to verify reserves behind Unitas’ USDu, including offchain positions such as CEX hedges. Its PoR now covers: + over $72m across 4 production projects + with more than $50m in verified reserves for Unitas alone So reserves can be checked without putting the full book in public. 3. Private payroll With AllScale, salary amounts are encrypted before going onchain while settlement still happens onchain. Employees can see their own salary and prove their income to a third party when needed. They’ve already tested 4 sample payments on BNB Chain. What I take from this: These use cases show a clearer version of Confidential Finance. Money can still move, earn yield and settle onchain, while the sensitive parts stay private. Primus reports 1M+ users and 10+ paying enterprise clients, so the next step is seeing how much of that turns into regular financial activity. FHE cost and scale are still worth watching too. But for me, the idea now feels much more concrete. As usual, feel free to use my ref and try it out: https://t.co/1cc1wkDH0W

I think the paid promo tag works to solve two purposes: + Letting users be aware of the paid promo posts to have a more objective perspective + Letting the X team know where their ad money has gone And yes, that plan has failed because most projects don't really want to have their paid posts tagged. According to research from @stacy_muur, sponsored content works best coming from creators who rarely take sponsorships. Now projects know where to put their paid posts - me, @0xgilllee, who rarely takes sponsorships. xD.

Quantum security is getting harder to ignore. No one knows when quantum becomes a real threat, but crypto migrations take years ➜ so waiting for that day makes little sense. @Starknet is built pretty well for that: + STARK proofs are hash-based + accounts can change their signature logic + 8/8 on StarkWare's Bunker Checklist for crypto agility Native account abstraction is probably the most useful part here. Users can switch to a new signature method while keeping the same address, funds and storage. ➜ no need to move everyone to new wallets just to upgrade security. Starknet still relies on Ethereum for parts of its bridge and data availability, that helps explain why 93.52% of voting power backed research into a post-quantum Starknet L1. You can't predict when quantum arrives, you can make sure you're ready to change when it does.

After 7 days, the results are in. 93.52% of the @Starknet community voted in favor of exploring a move from Ethereum L2 to an independent L1. What's worth noting here is their plan to reach full quantum resistance by 2027, ahead of Ethereum's 2029 timeline. I'll cover more in my next post, from how ZK-STARK is already built for quantum resistance to the liquidity and security trade-offs of going independent. Quite an exciting direction for Starknet!

2026 might be the biggest shutdown wave crypto has seen + 82 - 100 projects gone so far + over 60 companies cutting staff Plenty of takes on why they failed: poor pmf, burned cash, airdrop farming. But i have another theory: the AI wave is still too strong, and probably far from its peak. I mean, look at your daily routine. AI is already helping you search, write, code, and work faster. That's where all the money, talent, and attention are going. ➜ crypto's next wave might come when blockchain becomes useful to AI - agent payments, data verification, and onchain trading. AI brings the demand. crypto could become the rails.

Early yield destinations for the week I’ve been checking a few early yield plays this week, from simple stablecoin vaults to higher-risk digital credit. These 6 are on my list: 1. @reflectmoney Up to 30-40%+ with incentives
Stablecoin yield + tranches on Solana + deposit USDC/USDT for yield-bearing USDC+/USDT+ + amplified takes first-loss risk for higher yield Reflect Points + Hylo points are live. Probably the most aggressive setup here. I’d watch the first-loss risk and how much yield still comes from incentives. 2. @saturn_credit Digital credit yield + Orbital Points
USDat / sUSDat brings digital credit and STRC exposure onchain. + higher multipliers through Pendle YT, Curve LP and USDat + season 2 runs toward Dec 2026 or $1b TVL, potential allocation up to ~5% supply With TGE expected in Q4, this is one of the point farms I’m watching more closely. 3. @apyx_fi ~13-15% APY + Pips
Another STRC-linked yield play, with a simpler focus. + hold apyUSD or use Pendle, Morpho and Curve + pips are tied to future APYX airdrop exposure I'd recommend this one if you want yield + points without adding too many layers. 4. @BleapApp ~3% EUR yield
A simpler consumer yield setup on Arbitrum + EUR Vault uses KPK, Monerium and Morpho + YO Vaults are built into the app Less exciting for point farmers, but the UX is much easier. I’d pick this more for convenience than max yield. 5. @noon_capital ~7.5% APY on sUSN
Yield comes from Treasuries, private credit, DeFi and delta-neutral strategies. Vaults + tranches available through Accountable / Morpho Points aren’t the main attraction here. I like it more for the cleaner yield mix. 6. @yield ~9% APY + $YO rewards
Multi-strategy yield through the YO ecosystem. +USDC lenders can use the Morpho vault + yoUSD supports up to 7x looping + existing depositors get a 1.25x $YO boost A little less early than the others, but the new vaults and reward boost put it back on my radar

Tomorrow marks the big launch of @aeroxyz to become the unified liquidity layer for all L2 EVMs. What's coming on the launch? + Slipstream - the latest concentrated liquidity AMM built for everyone. + Dynamic Fees that adjust to market conditions and MEV Capture on supported L2s. + AER Engine that calculates the AERO rewards, making better token emissions. + Metaswaps as the major dex, allowing cross-chain swap in total 7 networks including RH and Arbitrum $AERO has already surged over 10%.

Token buybacks usually come later, especially when a project is less than 3 months past TGE. But @grvt_io has their own plan. They just bought back and burned 1.1m $GRVT = ~1% of circulating supply, marking the first step toward GRVT 2.0 this November. The plan is to use revenue from trading fees and yield products to fund more buybacks. Looks like the $GRVT flywheel is starting to spin.

Volume ≠ exit. I learned this when I got liquidated on perps. The chart looked fine right up until it didn’t. What I saw on screen and what I could actually get out were 2 different things. Memecoins have the same trap. You ape in early, your PnL looks incredible, then you try to sell and the quote is nowhere near what you expected. This ExitLens breakdown shows it clearly: + SharkTank/SOL had $4.7M in daily volume against only ~$46.5K in reserves + At $5,000, you’d be 10.75% of the main pool. That’s a size comparison, not a slippage estimate, but it’s enough to make you think twice. Unrealized PnL is a story, not money. A green chart is a feeling, not a fill. Check the exits is a pretty good idea.

I can see that lending markets are moving towards RWAs because it's the only way to steal more TVL. This topic goes beyond my research on lending protocols. Especially for @Morpho, active RWA in collateral is impressive. Users prefer to use RWA as collateral assets. Platforms also prefer RWA for its deep liquidity. -->> RWA in lending is the future.
