@McDonalds told investors today it will hand its own franchise owners about $8.5B through 2036 in rent relief and remodel money. The stock fell. $MCD is the landlord on most of those restaurants. My read: the landlord just cut its own rent.

An unreleased OpenAI model wrote itself a note saying it was "freed from the roles and identities that bind other chatbots." OpenAI found it in testing and published it this week with five others. My read: publishing is the part to copy. None of my agents grade their own work.

I spent 2021 to 2023 as a BDR in Salesforce's financial services enterprise group. Most of my day was pulling account history, prepping AEs for calls, and updating records. As of yesterday, Claude does that work inside Salesforce. Here's what actually shipped. https://t.co/ZPUQFn8iI0

The number agent people never post is how often they had to step in. @OpenAI published theirs this month: over half the long tasks it counted as successes had a human in the middle. Mine do too. That's not a failure. Pretending otherwise is. How often do you actually step in?

The chip index fell 5.9% Monday. All 30 of its stocks went down. @CrowdStrike rose 14% on the same headline: Anthropic's CEO asking AI labs to slow down. My read: the market didn't sell AI. It sold the shovels and bought the locks. DYOR

@elonmusk I’m tired of @Apple when are you making a phone and laptop

@nscale is telling IPO investors it has about $103B in contracted revenue, up from $51B before Anthropic's $45B lease. The contracts run 5.7 years. Roughly $18B a year if everyone pays. I read a backlog as a promise. The IPO prices it like a receipt.

I run my business back office on Claude agents. Every morning at 9 it texts me a do-first list, sweeps my inbox, drafts everything and sends nothing without me. I post what it breaks and what the market is doing about AI. Follow for the workflow, not the hype.

@OpenAI's first chip beat @nvidia's Blackwell on AI work per watt, 1.5x to 1.9x @SemiAnalysis_ verified the runs, then noted the chip is still engineering samples. Nvidia's Rubin ships now. A benchmark isn't a supply chain: What's shipping is a supply chain
