The Quiet Accumulation: Following Through on $NTNX Throwing it back to the end of April when I shared my new position in $NTNX around $40.50. It has been a patient play for me. That actually feels a bit silly to say given it is now sitting at $52, up roughly 26% since that post a month ago. But given the explosive, vertical nature of other tech names lately, this one has just been a steady, quiet grind. A large chunk of these recent gains unlocked over the past two days following their latest earnings report. It has been a quiet core position for me, one of those structural setups where the chart is clean, the noise is minimal, and you don't feel the need to constantly babysit the ticker. A great reminder that sometimes the best plays are the ones nobody is screaming about on the timeline. The other ticker I mentioned in that post was $NXT, a position I ended up managing on a much shorter timeframe. This one has seen some incredibly choppy price action over the month, culminating in a +14% move today. While it ultimately booked a strong monthly gain, the ride was a little too turbulent for my liking so I stepped aside early. Disclosure: I hold an active long position in $NTNX. This post is for financial education and transparent follow-through documentation only; it is not financial advice, a price target, a recommendation, or an active trade signal. Always DYOR.

What a week and what a month! Time for some real talk on my portfolio's structural transformation. We saw major volatility to end the week, with my positions almost split perfectly down the middle between green and red. However, a crucial trend emerged: all of my core, heavy-weight holdings closed comfortably in the green, while the short-term red was entirely contained within my smaller speculative underbelly as micro-caps took a broad hit. This is a massive milestone in my evolution. Moving from a pure legacy investor, through a fast-money trader phase, I have finally found a balanced, hybrid destination. In the past, my total portfolio value would occasionally spike on the backs of fragile, speculative, high-beta names; only to get completely wrecked as the retail air pockets violently popped and I poorly round-tripped my gains. But this time, I have been incredibly deliberate. I have fundamentally upgraded the structural integrity of my portfolio, backing my core positions with dominant, multi-billion-dollar enterprise infrastructure compounders that generate real cash flow and hold massive institutional support. This week also saw me completely liquidate my entire space-infrastructure book. This move was rooted in an ethical decision as the sector increasingly pivots toward a heavy defence and military focus. However, the tactical timing to fully close out my entire allocation by Thursday afternoon was driven by pure discipline: recognising severe technical over-extension, exhausted indicators, and raging retail social media hype. Seeing the sector face immediate headwinds just 24 hours later was a stark reminder of why we manage risk. I have round-tripped a lot of capital in my earlier days, and as brutal as those drawdowns can be, they are the best teachers in the world. Provided you are actually adapting and changing your execution rules going forward. That structural discipline is my absolute focus now. I'm heading into June sitting on an healthy defensive cash cushion, running core winners, and holding complete peace of mind. Have a great weekend everyone! I hope you crushed this month and are ready for the next stage!

I am starting to see some clear head and shoulders footprints forming across a few charts. Instead of just dropping names, I'm considering putting together a TA teaching post this weekend to break down exactly how to identify this structural pattern. That way, you can look for the footprints yourself and monitor them on your own watchlists. Drop a 👍 or let me know below if this is something you want to see!

Ah this market loves to gut punch you. There was only one play I was looking to get into this week, just one... After being a little distracted at overnight open on Monday night (EST) and therefore not entering, the stock ran +9% yesterday. In pre-market today, it was the only stock I was looking at entering, but with 3 portfolios I couldn't decide where the best fit was. In the two I could purchase it in during pre-market I had to sell a stock as I didn't have any cash, and the 3rd one that did have cash I can only trade during market hours. That stock is up +45% today and +60% this week. All I had to do was place an order 🤦♂️ Silly, stupid execution.
