A better productivity print helps the narrative. It does not by itself complete the repair. Last week already told the story: oil pressure stayed active, rates kept repricing higher, and breadth never truly healed. That is the difference between a macro tailwind and a confirmed regime reset. The dashboard below shows why relief failed to become repair. AQPulse Standard maps what still has to confirm. https://t.co/aYQccSo1H1

Last week’s dashboard was not a recap. It was the warning. Relief showed up. Repair did not. Now into the new week, the same issue is still in front of the market: oil, rates, and confidence still have not aligned cleanly enough to validate a true reset. That is why AQPulse does not just summarize what happened. It maps what still has to confirm before the bounce can be trusted. AQPulse Standard has the full structure map.

$SOL is trying to bounce, but this still looks more like a dead-cat bounce inside broken monthly structure than real repair. The key move already happened. Price pushed above the long-term rising channel, failed to build acceptance, then fell back inside. Failed expansion like that usually does not resolve with instant continuation. It resolves with deeper testing. Now SOL is reacting from the channel midpoint while the monthly GDAX cross is rolling over and price remains below the key trend cluster. That is not strength. That is a market trying to catch air after losing altitude. This is the trap zone. Bounces here are emotionally persuasive because they arrive right where participants want relief to be real. But inside damaged structure, relief rallies often exist to refill supply, not restart trend. What matters now is proof: 1. Hold the mid-channel area without immediate rejection 2. Stabilize monthly momentum instead of extending the rollover 3. Reclaim the overhead moving average zone and hold it Until that happens, every bounce has to be treated as suspect. Because in broken trend structure, the cleanest green candles often come right before the next leg down. Timelines are optional. Structure is not.

Truflation’s move matters. But the bigger signal is what inflation volatility is doing to market structure. When pricing pressure starts shifting across multiple categories at once, the market usually becomes more selective beneath the surface. That’s exactly what our AQPulse dashboard is showing today: • breadth still weak • leadership still narrow • single-stock stress still elevated • defensive rotation still firm The headline can stay calm a bit longer. The internals usually don’t lie for long.

AQPulse | BTC Weekly Log Map + Macro Contagion Path The $BTC weekly log map is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. AQPulse has been tracking this regime since 10/6: channel failure first then the classic sequence: top-side fakeout, no acceptance above the rim, slip back inside That is not a bearish narrative. That is structure. And this leg is not just a chart story. Macro answers through the contagion path: 1) $USD and real rates If $DXY firms and real yields stay sticky, global liquidity tightens. High-beta, levered assets feel it first. BTC is usually front of the line. 2) Risk premium repricing When geopolitics heats up, the market rotates toward cash-flow certainty. Vol-sensitive assets get de-levered. BTC often trades like a risk sensor. 3) Credit as the “real fear” filter Equities can lag, but if HY spreads start widening, it is a conditions shift, not a dip. So the right posture here is not “hope for a rip.” It is accept the regime and size decisions to the new conditions. Now the only question is the lower rail: hold and base (constructive), or panic and fast rejection (damage). If you want the levels, triggers, and the weekly proof checklist, subscribe to AQPulse Standard.

Fresh capital is the missing ingredient here. When new investor inflows flip negative, selloffs stop getting absorbed. That is exactly what a long term channel break looks like in real time. On the weekly log chart, 10/6 was the inflection point where $BTC started failing its long term channel. Since then we got the classic sequence: topside fakeout, no real acceptance above the rim, then a slip back inside. That is digestion and reset, not clean continuation. If the channel is the map, the lower rail becomes the risk path once trend support fails and rebounds keep getting sold. What matters next is not sentiment. It is proof: Acceptance at the lower channel: hold and base is constructive, panic plus fast rejection is not Momentum stabilizes before the rate cut story gets crowded Accumulation shows up in behavior: higher lows, tighter weekly ranges, reclaim key moving averages Timelines are optional. Structure is not.

AQPulse | U.S. Market Recap | Thu, Feb 5 Today wasn’t a normal risk-off day. It was an AI valuation reset plus a labor shock, with CapEx skepticism spilling across duration. The same software shockwave kept spreading, but the difference today was confirmation from labor. When growth momentum softens while multiples are already compressing, the tape stops forgiving “spend first, monetize later.” Nasdaq 100 extending the drawdown is a symptom of that repricing, not a system-wide liquidation. CapEx became the headline risk. Google’s 2026 CapEx guidance (up to 185B) kept investors focused on the monetization gap. After the close, Amazon added fuel by signaling roughly 200B of 2026 investment into data centers and equipment, and the market reacted fast. This is not “AI is dead.” It is “prove the cash flow.” Labor tightened the screws. JOLTs job openings fell to the lowest level since 2020, jobless claims surprised higher, and Challenger job cuts printed the biggest January since 2009. That combination increases sensitivity to any earnings or guidance that looks like “cost up, payoff later.” Crypto didn’t hedge. Bitcoin broke below 64000 as forced de-leveraging fed on itself, reinforcing the broader risk premium. Cross-asset stress is rising, but the center of gravity remains growth-duration and AI-adjacent software. Street lens (why this matters) The market is actively re-labeling software. What used to be priced as an AI beneficiary is being screened as an AI victim until proven otherwise. This is a business model audit plus multiple compression, not a blanket market break. Market snapshot $SPX -1.23% 6798.40 $DJI -1.20% 48908.72 $NDX -1.38% 24548.69 $RUT -1.79% 2577.65 Rates and FX US 2Y 3.555% -> 3.461% US 10Y 4.278% -> 4.188% $DXY 97.641 -> 97.963 Commodities Gold 4986.40 -> 4798.10 WTI 64.47 -> 63.12 Nat Gas 3.458 -> 3.516 Macro prints Initial Jobless Claims 231K (est 212K, prev 209K) JOLTs Job Openings 6542K (est 7250K, prev 7146K) EIA Natural Gas Inventories -360 (est -374.89, prev -242) Next up (Fri, Feb 6) UMich Consumer Sentiment (Feb prelim) UMich Inflation Expectations (Feb prelim) Fed: Jefferson speaks (voter) Baker Hughes Rig Count Earnings premarket: CGC Ex dividend: INTC, WFC, HWM AQPulse take (calming framework) This is repricing, not rupture. But the pain pocket has widened from software into broader growth duration because labor is confirming slower momentum. What reduces uncertainty from here: 3 checkpoints 1. Does selling stay concentrated in AI software and high-duration growth, or spill into credit and true cyclicals 2. Do yields keep falling in an orderly way (no funding stress), rather than whipsawing on policy fear 3. Does breadth stabilize after this drawdown, or do small caps and equal-weight also lose the bid If these hold, this remains valuation compression and positioning unwind, not contagion. AQPulse tracks the shift so you trade rules, not headlines.
