🐾 @Zeccatnft is developing 3,333 pixel cats on Zcash around a different ownership model. Each NFT is intended to use a transparent t1 output containing a 546-zatoshi carrier. Wallet V2 separates the Payment Address from the NFT Vault; its marketplace is designed for atomic settlement approved by buyer and seller. Whitelist applications are open; date and price TBA. Don't miss it !

@zksnarks_ is not just NFT art. Based on its recent posts, the project is building a collection of encrypted identities on Zcash, with the public Snarklist as a community entry point: register, receive a status, and nominate others. 🔗 https://t.co/Pn5h8DG29G The pieces are starting to come together: • NFT identity built around the Zcash narrative • Snarklist as a community/access layer • Luminaries as identities introduced publicly by the project It’s still early, and mint details or utility have not been fully disclosed. But the mix of NFT + identity + Zcash privacy is why it’s on my watchlist. #NFT #Zcash

ETHEREUM WANTS MORE SPEED—WITHOUT BLOATED NODES. After the gas limit increased from 30M to 60M: • Daily new state: ~105 → ~326 MiB • Geth state database: ~390 GiB in Jan. 2026 • At a modeled 200M limit under the old pricing: state could grow ~387 GiB annually Glamsterdam plans to reprice state creation and access through EIP-8037 and EIP-8038, separating state gas from execution gas and targeting roughly 3× base throughput. The trade-off: contracts relying on hardcoded gas assumptions may fail, although most flagged cases can be addressed with higher gas limits. Real scaling means doing more without making the network unsustainable.
