COMPLETE GUIDE TO TRADING ANALYSIS — Save This Post

After losing trades in the beginning, I realized trading is not about guessing. It's about these 8 rules. This one image fixed my trading.

1. SUPPORT & RESISTANCE

Support is where buyers defend. Resistance is where sellers defend. Break above resistance = breakout. Break below support = breakdown. Like $BTC defending $108K and rejecting at $126K.

2. TREND ANALYSIS

Uptrend = Higher Highs + Higher Lows. Downtrend = Lower Highs + Lower Lows. Sideways = price stuck between support and resistance. Never trade against the trend.

3. HOW S/R WORKS

Support = Buy Zone. Price bounces. Resistance = Sell Zone. Price rejects. Wait for confirmation, don't anticipate.

4. BREAKOUT & BREAKDOWN

Real breakout needs volume. No volume = fakeout. Your $QUSDT crash from $0.122 to $0.0554 on Oct 25 was a breakdown with 164M volume spike — textbook sell.

5. CHART PATTERNS

Bullish: Double Bottom, Inverse Head & Shoulders, Bull Flag, Ascending Triangle.

Bearish: Double Top, Head & Shoulders, Bear Flag, Descending Triangle. Learn to spot just these 8.

6. CANDLESTICK PATTERNS

Bullish: Hammer, Bullish Engulfing, Morning Star, Piercing Line — buyers taking control.

Bearish: Shooting Star, Bearish Engulfing, Evening Star, Dark Cloud Cover — sellers taking control.

7. INDICATORS

MA shows trend direction. RSI (14) shows overbought above 70 and oversold below 30. MACD shows momentum shift. Don't use more than 2-3.

8. RISK MANAGEMENT — Most Important

Always use Stop Loss. Risk only 1-2% per trade. Reward should be 2-3x risk. No overtrading. Follow your plan and be patient. Risk : Reward = 1:2 or 1:3 is how pros survive.

90% of traders know 1-7 but ignore 8 and blow accounts.

$BTC Don't overthink this one.

We got a clean High TimeFrame breakout this week. Now price is pulling back a bit, which is normal.

Ideally I want to see bulls defending $83.5K $84K. That's the key.

The last thing you want to see after an HTF breakout is price pushing back below that level. If we lose it and close below, that's a failed breakout.

And if that happens... things get really interesting. What are you expecting?

$ARB ARB has retested the trendline support and is still holding this level. It should move higher again soon.

My Take on #AIStocksWhatNext I’m Bullish, but Selective

Are AI stocks in a real breakout or just a short-term bounce? I’m bullish long-term.

Nvidia says chip sales will double next year and top AI companies are posting record revenue the compute spend behind it is staggering. So yes, AI demand is really taking off, but how long can it last when industry leaders are asking to slow down AI development?

On the other side, Trump plans to build an AI Force claiming AI could be 25% of U.S. GDP in the future. If state-level backing comes, that’s a long-term win for AI stocks.

I’m not chasing all AI names. I’m holding NVDAB +0.83% my trade widget below. My strategy: 60% in proven chip leaders like NVDA/NVDAB, 40% waiting for a pullback in AI software. Not buying the hype top.

Are you buying AI stocks here? Share your holdings with the trade widget that’s what I did.
