The U.S. Department of Labor proposes: Trillion-dollar 401(k) retirement funds may be allowed to invest in crypto assets.

Trump signed an executive order, and the Department of Labor followed with a proposal for new rules requiring the expansion of retirement portfolios' access to digital assets.

The size of the U.S. 401(k) market proposed for crypto investment exceeds $7 trillion.

Once implemented, it will open a completely new channel for passive capital inflows toward BTC.

Previously, retirement funds investing in cryptocurrencies existed in a gray area; now, an official pathway to access them has been established. Although institutional entry has been discussed for three years, this time real pipelines for capital flow are being built. When the water comes, the tank will automatically fill. We wait and see.

In every cycle, Bitcoin usually leads the recovery.

Altcoins lag and that’s normal.

What’s not normal is when BTC is still above a previous cycle ATH

and major alts are breaking levels that held during peak fear in 2022.

That tells you liquidity is selective.

Capital is flowing into safety or projects from fresh narratives right now.
