@Max143672's rusty-kaspa #1152 landed on master nov 3. start the node with --covenant-index (it also needs --utxoindex), then call GetUtxosByCovenantIds. up to 1,000 results a page by default. WASM and a JS example shipped with it.

merged by @IzioDev. not in a release yet. latest tag is still v2.1.0 from september. build from source to try it.
