gQuip ppl, A developer could install Quip networks wallet SDK and end up testing the wrong version without realizing it. Quip’s current docs warn that a normal npm install still pulls a 2025 build. The current account client uses the beta release: npm install @quip.network/ethereum-sdk@beta That detail matters because Quip Accounts aren’t a new blockchain you have to move everything onto. They’re smart contract accounts on chains people already use. Your existing wallet sends transactions and pays gas; a separate hash based signature authorizes access to the assets. Theres a useful distinction here: protecting an account against future quantum attacks doesn’t require running a quantum computer. For anyone building around @QuipNetwork, getting the signer and SDK version right is a more practical starting point than another broad promise about quantum security.
