The computer I built in June last year: Back then, 16GB x2 DDR5 RAM cost 870; now it’s over 3,000. A 1TB M.2 SSD was 490; now it’s 1,100. Even the RTX 5070 GPU, which was 4,870 back then, now costs over 9,500.
