ICP is currently around 2.469 and is showing a positive 1.14 percent move while most of the coins around it are red. That relative strength immediately gets my attention.
When the majority of the market is under pressure and one token manages to stay green, I start watching whether that strength is temporary or the beginning of accumulation. ICP is now sitting around the 2.45 to 2.50 area, and holding this region could give buyers a strong base for the next attempt higher.
The first breakout zone I am watching is 2.55. If ICP can reclaim that level with expanding volume, the next targets become 2.70 and 2.85. A stronger market rotation could eventually bring the psychological 3.00 level into focus.
This is where volume becomes critical. If ICP continues climbing while volume expands, the move becomes much more convincing. If volume fades, the breakout could turn into another rejection.
I am also watching larger-wallet behavior. Continued accumulation around current levels would strengthen the bullish case, while heavy distribution would be a warning.

Relative strength during market weakness is something I never ignore. ICP is currently one of the names standing out on this board.
