Nate Holiday (@nateholiday), co-founder at @spaceandtime, on why the idea that banks don't want regulatory clarity doesn't match his experience when working with them: "We work with a lot of the big banks, and you hear this thing like banks don't want clarity. The big banks we work with do want clarity. If there are big banks out there that don't want clarity, I couldn't name them. I hear it all the time, but I can't name any banks that don't want it. The banks are very patient. They look at things in terms of decades, not in terms of months and days and weeks. And so I think everyone knows that it is gonna get done one way or another, meaning clarity is gonna pass. Or as we saw in the news this past week or two, the SEC, the CFTC are starting to make rules around this anyways."
