📺 The Market Is Rotating Fast... Are You In The Right Stocks? Please ❤️like and 🔁share with fellow growth stock investors @ConnorJBates_ notes that the market isn't falling apart, but leadership is changing fast. Despite a strong reaction to $MU earnings and a rally across memory stocks, $SPX remains stuck below its short-term trend while battling its 50-day moving average. The bigger picture is still intact, with both $SPX and $QQQ holding above their 50-day and 200-day moving averages, but short-term conditions remain messy. * The biggest story is the rotation. Money continues flowing out of many AI leaders and into areas that have lagged for months. Biotech $XBI, healthcare $XLV, regional banks $KRE, homebuilders $XHB, and airlines $JETS continue to outperform, while most of the Magnificent Seven $MAGS names remain under heavy pressure. $NFLX, $AMZN, $TSLA, $META, $MSFT, and even $NVDA continue to struggle despite becoming increasingly oversold. * Technically, $SPX has now seen its 8 EMA cross below the 21 EMA, a bearish signal that deserves attention. However, this has also become one of the choppiest markets traders have faced in a long time. Breakouts and breakdowns alike have produced very little follow-through, making both long and short trades difficult to manage. * There are still encouraging signs beneath the surface. Equal-weight stocks $RSP continue outperforming, the Dow $DIA, $IWM, and mid caps $MDY remain healthy, and the $VIX is still below 20. But volatility is gradually expanding, sentiment is becoming more optimistic again, and professional money managers are nearly fully invested, suggesting risk is no longer as favorable as it was just weeks ago. * Outside equities, the dollar $DXY continues confirming its breakout, precious metals $GLD $GDX $SLV remain in downtrends, #Bitcoin $IBIT has struggled to attract buyers, and #bonds $TLT are attempting to stabilize after rejecting key resistance. * Our portfolio activity reflected the cautious tone. Positions in $BE and $HPE were sold, $INTC and $GH were trimmed, and profits were taken in $LABU after a five-day winning streak. On the other hand, a new position was initiated in $FTNT, highlighting a continued focus on rotating into stronger technical setups while actively managing risk rather than remaining fully committed to weakening leadership. * So, the market hasn't broken—but it has changed. Instead of chasing yesterday's winners, investors should stay flexible, focus on relative strength, and be highly selective until clearer trends emerge. In this environment, stock selection matters far more than simply betting on the direction of the indexes. * Watch this Short video where @ConnorJBates_ breaks it all down in detail 🔽
