Typically, the altcoins expected to perform well later show their strength during Bitcoin’s downturns. When Bitcoin is in a bullish mood, alts tend to rise too—but if an alt rises during Bitcoin’s decline and then climbs even further when Bitcoin turns bullish, how high could it go?
