Update to the Dego Finance (DEGO) Withdrawal Fees

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will reduce the DEGO withdrawal fee on November 20th, 2020. Upgraded withdrawal fees for DEGO: 1.5% x Withdrawal Amount + 2 DEGO

Note:

Due to the natural destruction mechanism of the DEGO token, a 0.5% trading fee of the transfered amount will be deducted for each token transaction. KuCoin uses the dynamic fee adjustment mechanism to minimize the withdrawal fees for our users.
