42 million LSD tokens will be minted initially and distributed over three years. The Liquidswap token distribution is as follows:

• Community: 40% of the tokens are allocated to the community. This includes 15% for airdrops and staking incentives, 5% for initial retroactive airdrops, and 8% managed by the DAO for future incentives.
• Treasury: 16% is reserved for the treasury to be used for ecosystem grants, strategic partnerships, and governance initiatives, with a vesting period of 36 months.
• Exchange Liquidity: 8% is designated for providing liquidity on exchanges, managed by professional market makers.
• Initial Exchange Offering (IEO): 1% is set for the IEO on KuCoin Spotlight, with 40% liquid at TGE (Token Generation Event) and the rest vesting over three months.
• Private Investors: 46.74% is allocated to private investors from 2021 and 2023, with a vesting period of two years after a one-year cliff.
• Founding Team: 13.26% goes to the founding team, vested over three years with a one-year cliff.
