To participate in Spotlight token sales, users must:KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users found engaging in fraud, manipulation, or multi-account abuse.
When subscribing with a non-USDT token (e.g., KCS), the conversion rate to the new token is determined by the following three factors: Snapshot Price of the committed token, Subscription Price of the new token, Exclusive Discount based on your loyalty level (if applicable).
Your token allocation is calculated proportionally based on your committed amount relative to the total funds committed by all users.Token Allocation = Total Tokens Offered × (Committed Amount ÷ Total Committed Amount by All Users)
Once funds are committed to a Spotlight event, they cannot be withdrawn or canceled during the subscription period.If the event is oversubscribed and you receive fewer tokens than the value of your commitment, any unused funds will be automatically refunded to your spot account after the token distribution is completed.
