How to Withdraw BRL Using Pix

 
1. What is Pix?

Pix is an instant payment system created and regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB). It allows users to make payments and transfers within seconds, offering efficiency, security, and 24/7 availability.

3. How to Withdraw BRL via Pix

Step 1: Log in to your KuCoin account on the official website or mobile app. Ensure that your account has completed Identity Verification (KYC).

Step 2: Go to the BRL Withdrawal Page

For Web:

• Select Assets in the top-right → Withdraw → Withdraw Fiat to enter the fiat withdrawal page.

For App:

• Tap Asset at the bottom of the app → Funding Account or Trading Account → Withdraw → Withdraw Fiat to enter the fiat withdrawal page.

Step 3: The following applies to both the website and app

Choose BRL and select Pix as the withdrawal method.

Step 4: Complete the Pix Additional Verification (skip this step if already verified)

Step 5: Add a withdrawal account via the BRL withdrawal page

• To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and ensure the security of your funds, you must first complete a BRL deposit using the same bank account. Once the deposit is made, the bank account will be automatically linked to your KuCoin account as a withdrawal method, and you will be able to proceed with withdrawals.

Step 6: Enter the withdrawal amount and complete the request

• Before withdrawing BRL, make sure your funds are in the Funding Account. If your funds are in the Trading Account, use the Transfer button to move them to the Funding Account. After confirming the withdrawal details, submit your request.
