Rivalz Network, established in 2019, aims to bridge AI and blockchain technologies. The founding team comprises experts in AI, data solutions, and blockchain, with extensive experience in building large-scale infrastructures for Web3 and fintech organizations.

Rivalz Network's native cryptocurrency, $RIZ, serves multiple functions within its ecosystem:

1. Transaction Facilitation: $RIZ is used for gas fees on the Rivalz Dymension RollApp, enabling asset transfers and smart contract executions.

2. Node Infrastructure: The network comprises community-run nodes (rClients) and validator zNodes. rClients can stake $RIZ to upgrade and earn rewards, while zNodes manage critical functions, enhancing decentralization and privacy.

3. Storage and Data Ecosystem: AI applications pay $RIZ for secure storage on the Rivalz network, including AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector storage.

4. VORD – AI Application Module: Developers use $RIZ to upgrade accounts and access services like OCY DePIN and ADCS, facilitating the creation and deployment of AI applications.

5. Agentic Data Coordination Service (ADCS): $RIZ enables access to real-time, verifiable data for AI agents, supporting decentralized applications. 

Additionally, $RIZ will be available for trading on the KuCoin Spot Market starting February 21, 2025, at 13:00 UTC, under the trading pair RIZ/USDT. This listing provides an opportunity for users to trade $RIZ tokens directly on the KuCoin platform.

The total supply of the Rivalz Network (RIZ) token is 5 billion RIZ. The total supply of $RIZ is distributed as follows:

Notably, 25% of the Ecosystem tokens are reserved for zNode owners, distributed over a two-year emission period.

The primary avenues to claim $RIZ tokens are:

1. zNode Holders: If you participated in the zNode sale and chose to hold your zNode, you're eligible for an airdrop of 20% of your reserved tokens, fully unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE). The remaining allocation is subject to a two-year emission schedule.

2. Early zNode Operators: Operators who activated their zNodes before the mainnet launch have been accruing ZPoints, which will be used to distribute an additional 0.25% of the total $RIZ supply as an airdrop.
