Eligibility Criteria for Wholesale Investor Status
Under Australian Law, you may be considered a wholesale investor if you meet one or more of the following tests:

Individual Wealth Test

You have net assets of at least AUD $2.5 million; or
-
Your gross income is at least AUD $250,000 per annum for each of the past two financial years.
(Must be certified by a qualified accountant within the last 6 months.)

Sophisticated Investor Test

You currently work or have previously worked in a professional position that requires knowledge of
leveraged derivatives for at least 1 year; or -
You are an experienced investor who demonstrate substantial trading experience, including CFDs, Forex, or other derivatives from the last three years.
