KuCoin Rewards Hub - by completing any of the tasks in Rewards Hub, you can win USDT bonus. Bonuses will be credited to Rewards Hub > Total Bonus and can be withdrawn when the amount reaches the required threshold.

New User Rewards

  1. Q: Why can't I see the New User Rewards?
A: New User Rewards is a time-limited benefit for new KuCoin users. Rewards are given to new users when they complete their sign-up, first deposit/crypto purchase, first trade, and pro trading. Rewards include USDT and coupons worth up to 3,200 USDT. Users must complete corresponding tasks within 30 days of signing up for their KuCoin account in order to receive the rewards. Each user can only receive rewards once.
The following types of users are eligible to participate and receive the New User Rewards: (1) Users who signed up for their KuCoin accounts after 08:00:00 May 23, 2023 (UTC). (2) Users who signed up for their KuCoin accounts after 08:00:00 March 1, 2023 (UTC) and have not yet made their first deposit or crypto purchase.

   

  1. Q: How do I get new-users rewards?
A:
(1) Sign-Up Rewards: Sign up for a KuCoin account to receive a USDT reward. Reward amount is randomly provided within a set range.
(2) Identity Verification Rewards: Users can randomly draw USDT rewards after completing their identity verification. Reward amount is randomly provided within a set range.
(3) First Deposit/Buy Crypto Rewards: Deposit or buy crypto for the first time (in any amount) to receive USDT and coupon rewards. Eligible deposits or purchases can be made through Fiat Deposit, P2P, Third-Party, Fast Trade, or on-chain transfers. Note: Deposits or purchases using assets from Red Packets or Trial Funds are not counted. Reward amount is randomly provided within a set range.
  
  1. Q：What are Rewards for Withdrawal?
A: To qualify for withdrawal of rewards, accumulate the required number of crypto rewards, ensure you withdraw within the specified timeframe, as failure to do so will result in the inability to withdraw those crypto rewards. Rewards will be credited to your Funding Account after requesting withdrawal. If you do not receive your rewards within this timeframe, please contact KuCoin Customer Service.
   
  1. Q: Why can't I click the Withdraw button? How do I request withdrawal?
A: The USDT rewards you get in the Rewards Hub need to reach the specified withdrawal amount. In addition, if your account is detected by the platform’s risk control system, including but not limited to the following violations: duplicate accounts, same IP, same device, certain risks in the account, no reasonable deposits and withdrawals, etc., you may not be able to get rewards. If that occurs, please contact the Customer Service for help.
   
  1. Where can I view my rewards?
A: Your coupon rewards can be found in Rewards Hub > My Coupons, and USDT rewards can be viewed in your Funding Account.
   
  1. Q：Where can I view or withdraw the unwithdrawn cash rewards I accumulated in the old Rewards Hub?
A：
(1) The cash rewards you previously accumulated under “Advanced Tasks” in the old Rewards Hub are valid for 180 days from the date they were issued. We have migrated these rewards and their corresponding validity periods to your “Cash Rewards” account in the new Rewards Center. You can view and withdraw them via: Rewards Hub > Cash Rewards.
(2) The cash rewards you previously accumulated under “New users Tasks” in the old Rewards Hub will expire 30 days after you complete registration. Please make sure to use them on time.
   
  1. Q: How to win the Futures Trial Funds rewards for the new user limited-time deposit and trading tasks?
This task is exclusively available to newly registered users within the campaign period. Please ensure your account was newly registered during the event period, and make sure to complete the entire process—including registration, task fulfillment, and reward claim—within the campaign period. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture.
Participation Steps:
  1. Register for the task during the campaign period.
  2. Meet the minimum requirements for net deposit and trading volume within the campaign period.
  3. Claim the corresponding rewards during the campaign period.
Please Note: Registration, task completion, and reward claim must all be completed before the campaign deadline. Failure to operate before the deadline will be deemed as automatic abandonment.
