What is Conscious Value Network (CVN)?

CVN, Conscious Value Network, is a combination of a new generation of decentralized storage network and high-performance Layer 2 network. By adopting the VRF consensus main chain plus the PoSt consensus, it creates a more resource-saving and efficient decentralized storage system.
